I really like the support because they are technically prepared. Furthermore, I appreciate that Libraesva Email Security performs numerous checks at many levels of the email flow, from traditional ones to the use of AI engines. The management panel is quite intuitive and very well-made reports are available with the possibility to customize them. The integration with 365 is quick and the cost-to-value ratio of the solution is excellent. From a performance standpoint, with only 2 appliances, I am able to provide a service to about 500 users. I find the management of the MSP type a bit difficult because many functions are at a global level. It would be useful to be able to insert predefined filters to work on groups of domains or on a single domain at a time to create custom filters.
