What do you like best about LibCast?

Their API & SDK are easy to integrate, and streaming comes with low latency so it saves bandwidth also, customizable video players are easy to implement, I have been using this for the last few days, and I am enjoying its transcription feature a lot, also their customer support is too good. What do you dislike about LibCast?

What problems is LibCast solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can work on VOD and also their analytics save my time to analyze the video content. Their customizable video player saves my time in terms of editing, branding, and captioning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
