the ability to verify clients in a non intrusive way and without using loads of information the results can be trusted and it helps me make better business decisions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LexisNexis TrueID?

sometimes the results are inconclusive if the client has moved many times or has changed phone numbers and addresses frequently Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering LexisNexis TrueID:

negotiate a trial period it was too expensive for me but for a larger company its worth it the trial gives you time to see if its cost effective Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LexisNexis TrueID solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have had many sketchy encounters with customers seeking credit or portraying themselves as someone different for credit using this tool had cut that down almost 90% Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
