It's simplicity and ease of use. I hate all of the systems I have to use for my job that are overly complicated or rely too much on AI or just have a lot of hoops to jump through for utilization. Instead, I just use my email and password to login, no codes etc. and I know exactly where to go to do what I need. In and out quickly. I would say my biggest gripe is I'm not sure of everything that LexisNexis is capable of doing. I'd like to know more about everything I could do with Lexis Nexis beyond what I'm already doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
