I use this product as part of our new Spillman Police report management system. I like that I’m able to show the community the crime in the city in a map by plotting crime reports. I like that the data can be displayed in real time and filtered by location and crime type. I like that in the police only view I can view and filter both police calls for service and police reports taken. I also like that on the public view I can hide the victims exact address and plot the crime just in the proximity that I choose. I also like that I can export the data in excel format. I dislike that I can’t upload additional data to the program for example if I want to add additional layers of data with parole info on the police only view to see the proximity of the crime to the paroles home. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
