Being able to upload our policy, training, and MOA documents up for the entire department and government entity to view and interact with instead of hard copy binders in each station Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall the platform seems to had a slightly archaic layout and UI, in addition to the search feature being incredibly slow. We don't have that many documents to be uploaded and categorized so for the search feature to run incredibly slow and at times, not even work, is disappointing.
