What do you like best about Lexer?
It gives us simple, at a glance analysis of our customers. It integrates with all our other platforms (New Store, Shopify, Klaviyo) and gives us real-time info on our customers and prospects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Lexer?
Can be a little bit of a learning curve, but their support and CS team allow us to fill in the gaps while the team get up to speed or if we simply have a knowledge gap - they're always willing to jump in quickly and help find the answers we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
