What do you like best about Lever?

It's easy to use, fast and makes the whole recruitment process very transparent. It enables team members to work closely together.

What do you dislike about Lever?

I've only used it for a couple of weeks and haven't found anything so far that I dislike.

This might change over time but so far it is exactly what we were looking for in an ATS system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lever solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our problem is to handle close to one hundred open positions across several teams. This requires an Application Tracking System that easily allows up to keep on track with our recruitment activities. So far Lever is much better than the ATS system we've previously used. Additionally the automation workflows allow to reduce the amount of manual work for example for decline e-Mails.
