The system is easy for recruiters without recruiting coordinator support.

**What do you dislike about Lever?**

Terrible customer service. They have a premium service model that costs significant amount but there was zero benefit from it. Hostile negotiating when trying to move systems.

**What problems is Lever solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking candidates, scheduling interviews, reviewing recruiting data (although recruiting dashboard is poor)

Lever tracks all of my candidates; creates a candidate profile, attaches thier resume and gives you access to review your upcoming or past interviews.

**What do you dislike about Lever?**

I have been using Lever consistently for the last 6 six months. I really don't have any complaints as of yet.

**What problems is Lever solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization. I don't have to create individual, physical profiles for each candidate. Lever tracks all that and even gives you prep questions for your interview

I love all the different functionalities of Lever. It is very easy to use, and I also really like the analytical side of Lever, which provides valuable insights for our recruitment processes.

Best about Lever would be communication of upcoming positions by company to employee without missing. Easiest way to apply for jobs and simple UI to process.

there would be nothing about dislike , expecting bit upgrade in UI for users would be appriciated.

It's Very Classic In terms of UI, and functionality is very easy to understand for any new User, which makes it easy to get work done without any hassle.
And it is quite fast, bug-free software.

However, If there are more Interactive Features for the Candidates we have referred, timely updated Data will Help.
And more colors can be used for better understanding as there are fewer colors rightnow.

Having a hands-on Implementation Specialist (Alexandra Pandrea) to support with answering any questions, sharing best practices, and showing how to use new features / demonstrate ways to build out reporting.

Wish there was a way to have a shortcut view of a candidate's resume without fully clicking into profile to streamline resume review when using the search boolean feature

Ease of having the resume and the feedback on the same page to easily navigate back and forth. Ease for applicants to apply.

A homepage dashboard that summarizes everything would be nice. Was a little hard to navigate the website when first logging on.

Being able to have a liaison between interviewers and the recruiting/hiring team is convenient to avoid excessive messaging back and forth and saves time.

Lever is a very easy tool to use. All information is accessable and you can view other interviewer's responses easily

Nothing. I really like the Lever tool for its ease of use.

**What do you like best about Lever?**

The most helpful feature is filling out the information based on the file provided. It is really time-saving.

Also, we can track the status of the referrals being updated accordingly.

Another advantage is the social link referral, which is convenient to share and track. The same is true for the internal openings, which are easily accessible.

Finally, I believe the listing for positions available is accurate and current.

So far, I see no disadvantages in using Lever.

I can use it to refer friends to open positions by submitting their files and tracking their statuses. Link sharing is also a valuable feature to do so.

The tool has been a great help in reviewing the candidate pipeline across all stages. Seamless process to derive reports to present to the stakeholders. Also, it helps us release the letters using various email templates. Scheduling interviews has been so accommodating using this tool

Mail merge tags: There is no option where in we can add the tags according to the usage in the templates 
Automation: It restricts few portions where we aren't able to automate things much

It makes the hiring process and deriving reports for stakeholders very easy. We are all times ready with the numbers

I love everything about Lever and my Implementation specialist, Tom Marino! He did a fantastic job getting my company all set to use our new applicant tracking system. Our Level team was patient, understanding, and very helpful. Every company needs Lever in their lives.

There are a lot of functionalities that facilitate the recruiter's job. The Lead section is very useful to follow the sourcing effort.

**What do you dislike about Lever?**

It's not intuitive and it takes time to learn how to use it (administrator). Lever's teams and our company are in different time zones, so we have to deal with that to organize calls and ask for help and support.

**What problems is Lever solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to centralize all the applications for all our open position and have a view of the stages. We share information with the hiring managers easily during the recruitment process.
We have connected Lever with our career page to publish automatically every new open position both on our website and job boards.
We'll certainly use the visual insights.

What I like about Lever is how seamlessly I can transition from reviewing applications, to moving candidates to appropriate stages, and then emailing candidates with pre-made templates. It has made my recruiting experience so much easier!

**What do you dislike about Lever?**

I hate that the page does not load correctly. I have to often refresh the page for my actions (scheduling calendar events, sending emails) to process correctly.

Scheduling candidates is an easy process with Lever. I like to keep track of every position I recruit for so the fact it consolidates all the candidates into one system is beneficial for my recrutinig process.

Powerful candidate management: Lever offers a robust set of tools for managing candidates, including resume parsing, candidate profiles, and interview scheduling. Also, it provides a collaboration option on hiring decisions, with features like interview scorecards and feedback sharing

Some users find the Lever interface more complex or challenging to navigate. The price of the Lever is high compared to Tamago-DB. Also, Tamago-DB User experience is effortless to use, so we migrated from Lever to Tamago-DB

Lever helps companies streamline their hiring process. It offers multiple functionalities to users, like Candidate search, Managing candidates, Resume parsing, candidate profiles, Interview scheduling and much more. the curriculum part, where you show the info of candidates, is really use and straightforward, perfect for mine use case (being a developer that is involved in hiring process sometimes)

**What do you dislike about Lever?**

Not sure, but it seems like there is no automatic feedbacks for referrals. Some friends of mine were "archived" and they even know that this is kinda bad for those we are trying to hire sometimes.

I do some technical interviews, so it helped me with get info about the candidate really easy. Also it helps my company to share info with me about that person and interview

Very user friendly and I always have support when needed or have a question or issue from the support team.

Not a lot of AI integrations or mobile app but I know those are being worked on and coming soon hopefully!

Lever keeps everything in one place for candidates and is very organized. It also helps immensly with scheduling and recieving feedback from our hiring managers.

Lever is an amazing tool to help streamline the interview and hiring process and collect data. My favorite part about Lever is the ability to collaborate with other team members and also see the different insights on job postings, interviews, hiring, etc.

There are a couple things I wish could be skipped over or a little more tailored, but overall nothing major.

I appreciate the interview scheduling features most. It provides easy access to resources, such as; resumes, notes, interview times, etc., to be accessed by the employees who need them.

**What do you dislike about Lever?**

We have run into trouble with the relationship between Indeed and Lever. Indeed applicants cannot complete their application through the site, and we are left to prompt them to complete our Lever application through our provided links. This can create redundancy.

It helps create an organized space for the recruitment team and our managers to sift through candidates worth exploring further. Lever provides tools that make communication easy between employees.

I like the organization of the profiles of the candidates. It seamlessly intergrates with your email so there is no need to bcc when communicating to log interactions.

**What do you like best about Lever?**

Lever goes the extra mile to prepare you for Launch and Integration. Tom  Marino was super helpful and always maintained a friendly attitude- which was important because these system changes can be quite overwhelming. We will miss our weekly calls with Tom but have been assured we will be taken care of by our new Customer Success Manager. We are still getting used to Lever but have been very happy at all the resources they provide to help guide you through configuration and data migration.

**What do you dislike about Lever?**

It is alittle disappointing that you have to have multiple job postings for the same position with a bigger headcount due to Budget ID. We have called this out to Lever and feel confident that feedback was passed along.

Notifications for the recruitment team to be non urgent, this may be exclusive to my company but I find referrals end up sitting for a bit before something gets handled

I love that it is candidate centric. The instructions provided were very thourough and the support team is very quick to respond. It is a much better ATS than ADP.

**What do you dislike about Lever?**

We are a government contractor and therefore have issues with High GCC email and don't have all of the email and calendar access that we should. This is why I picked 8 instead of 10 for the review. There are definitely some adjustments that should be made like adding the address field in the main application on job postings.

The layout of the application is much better and candidate friendly. It will help us to create and maintain reports and stats. Also a place to keep all resumes for future use.

I really appreciated their customer service, they took the time to understand our needs and help us build the best workflow utilizing as many features as we could. The implementation specialist was very knowledgeable about the system and I liked how they seemed to have regular training to stay up to date.

It would be great to see their scheduling tool built out more to offer more features for scheduling.

It has the majority of features needed to run an effective hiring process. There is enough in-built automation to cut down admin time which is very useful.

There isn't one thing I dislike about Lever. I could image some 'less technical' users may find it less 'plug and play' than other systems.

Lever holds all our key candidate information in an easy to access platform. I can progress candidates through the job pipeline easily while being able to quickly contact new applicants who apply or who are seen as 'leads' via linkedin.

Very easy to use and navigate.  We love the requisition and approval forms with the routing for approvals built-in.

You can't post a position in multiple locations.  It would be great to be able to modify the offer letter since we have to add specific statements that are unique to the credit union.

Requisition and offer approvals within the system is by far the biggest improvement for us. Ease of use in reporting is also a big plus.

Lever is so easy and simple to use , simplicity is what makes it different from other solutions. The way everything is handy and how everyone in the team from recruiter to HR to interviewers can seamlessly make use of it, is just amazing.

It's missing many features that this new gen similar solutions are offering, for example automatically reviewing the resume and parsing LinkedIn and GitHub information to show everything about the candidate in the portal itself is missing in lever.

Lever wants to be a simple and easy to use one stop solution for your hiring needs. 
I love how our recruiter just have to do a job posting and every profile that applies for job position is instantly visible and so easy to schedule the interview. The entire end to end journey is very smooth.
