What do you like best about Lever?

We used to use a competitor that hosted our entire careers section of the website on their platform. We had zero control to update content, track hits, etc. As the Marketing Manager, this was my top concern.

Now we build out the page(s) as we'd like, and just embed our Lever job posting data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lever?

Nothing so far — I've used our old tool to hire one employee, and our new tool to hire one employee. As the hiring manager, I much prefer Lever. As the Marketing Manager, I also much prefer having ownership of my Careers section pages, and linking to / embedding the Lever data on open positions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Lever:

For marketing teams, Lever is a great tool if you want to own your Careers section and still be able to embed or link off to your job listings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lever solving and how is that benefiting you?

We've moved all hosting of careers webpages in-house, and only have to embed or link to a single non-branded page for Lever-hosted job listings, rather than relinquishing control of our entire careers section to a third party. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
