## LevelEleven Reviews
  ### 1. Level Eleven has great capability!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2015

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

Responsiveness of the Level Eleven staff.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

I'm very happy with Level Eleven and nothing specific to say that I dislike.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to measure sales rep performance and effectiveness.

  ### 2. Amazing Engagement Tool - will be using regularly from here on out

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shannon B. | Regional Sales Executive - Mid Market, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

LeaderTV / Leaderboard - these are dynamic and real time. Very graphically appealing. Especially love how they display how far away participants are from the leader. It is a great user interface that my reps were instantly addicted to watching.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

Requires SFDC Admin to set up permissions for participants to view Leaderboard and LeaderTV. Without this license access, a participant can only monitor by looking at Chatter. As I work for a larger company, I must submit an IT ticket to change SFDC user permission levels. I didn't know I needed to do this in order for my reps to view the Leaderboard or LeaderTV. It didn't affect my ability to launch, or the reps' enthusiasm, but had I have realized this ahead of time I could have been better set up.

**Recommendations to others considering LevelEleven:**

Highly recommend if you need to motivate your team and drive specific behavior. Especially useful to help introduce new behaviors that you need to see adopted at a higher rate.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping sales reps engaged is difficult when prospecting, as it's not a fun job. By gamifying the day, you are helping to unite the team, introduce healthy competition, and increase productivity all under the guise of fun. The interface of LevelEleven is simplistic to understand and use, and yet you can design very complicated, comprehensive contests utilizing filters allowing for the contests to impact your team's productivity in the way you need. I have launched several hidden contests just to check productivity and behavior, and have found that to highly insightful and beneficial. I launched my first live all-day contest yesterday and my team came in this morning asking if we were launching another one today. They're hooked - as am I.

  ### 3. Gamify your sales competitions!? How Good?!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter Z. | Sales & Training Manager, Business Supplies and Equipment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

I like that you can create a competitive atmosphere by implementing this app into Salesforce. It is cost effective and promotes proper use of our CRM as well as drives results. They have been very supportive with respect to on-boarding this program as well as continuous support with any concerns. I can also track how much we have spent on spiffs by building quick reports based on the different competitions. It is a cost effective program that promotes productive activity. Everyone is available (especially Cameron) and they are always looking to bettering their software. Great program with great staff.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

Sometimes faulty, won't collect all the data if trying to collect thousands of entries. Also the clone feature is sometimes faulty. Wish it could end competitions when certain thresholds are met. It would be better to have better reporting tools to enhance deep dives as will as view trends month by month. It would also be good if they directly built all competitions rather than building it in house. Can be time consuming.

**Recommendations to others considering LevelEleven:**

Build reports to track how much you are spending on spiffs

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We sell a product that requires our clients have skin in the game. They have to do a little bit of work. We have to install at their location, We have been able to promote spiffs on installs which it has increased our install rate. This not only helped us on-board new clients, it has also helped us retain their business.

  ### 4. Want to motivate your team? Throw down a challenge!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark S. | Chief Operations Officer, Real Estate

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

Level 11 creates a fun easy way to motivate teams. We've been able to drive desired behaviors that result in more productivity, higher sales numbers, and increased revenue.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

Can become out of sight out of mind. The manager needs to make sure that they're utilizing the program, and not letting it fade into the background.

**Recommendations to others considering LevelEleven:**

Embrace this from the top down, use it as a tool to create fun and interesting contests, and you will see your numbers move in the desired direction. Or don't, and things will stay the same for you.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been able to have competitions, with the reward being little more than recognition, that drive numbers and profits in a positive direction. A real example in our company: In January of 2014 a key measurable in our company generated a little over $10,000 in revenue. Couple with strategic training, we utilized Level 11 to drive this to our highest point of $82,121 in one month, and are now averaging just under $70,000 per month. The 700% increase will result in more than $560,000 in additional revenue to our company in 2014.

  ### 5. Simple sales contests

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt G. | Chief Executive Officer | Co-founder, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

As an admin, I like the simplicity of building contests. As a business manager, I love the fact that we can tie our contests to live SFDC data for real-time motivation. The LevelEleven team does a great job supporting their solution.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

To this point, the SalesTV feature has been kind of useless for us since it requires an authenticated connection to SFDC to access the leaderboards. However, I hear they are addressing that with an upcoming set of enhancements.

**Recommendations to others considering LevelEleven:**

One mistake that we made initially with LevelEleven was that we saw it as a platform to run our existing contests on. It took us a while to realize that while the tool did support our old contest model, that it was best used in a creative and simple way with new and fresh contest ideas being launched more frequently. I highly recommend the solution.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We ran sales contests in the past, but it required a lot of manual effort from sales managers (running reports, tallying scores, sending updates via email). Now, we have the ability to quickly motivate behaviors that align with our ever-evolving sales strategies, track performance, and give visible recognition to top performers.

  ### 6. Cost effective sales motivation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric L. | Vice President, Enterprise, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2015

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

Engaging UI for end users and easy to use by managers at all levels, making it easy for managers to launch competitions on their own.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

Not so much a dislike but a reality that positive results are directly related to the degree that managers choose to design and launch competitions in the tool.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had success using Level 11 to spark invest in selling new products, and to raise energy and excitement around driving new business pipeline. Ive run sales competitions many times in the past but found that brought good structure that made these easier to implement and track. We found the Level 11 approach tapped in to natural competitive drive of salespeople and lead to the results we were after.

  ### 7. LevelEleven "gets it". Always recommending ways to maximize the technology.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William P. C. | Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Staffing and Recruiting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

The Compete platform is a direct motivator for the thing sales organizations rely on most - their salespeople. LevelEleven's platform allows VP of Sales, CRO's, and other non-technical leaders to dream up, implement, and manage to simple but effective sales motivation programs.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

For an outside sales organization, it can be more challenging to get the team to login to Salesforce.com as often as an inside sales team, but the mobile app and the spirit / addictive nature of the tool itself makes this a non-issue. Strong enough for an outside sales team, but perfect for an inside sales team.

**Recommendations to others considering LevelEleven:**

From their CEO on down, this is a company that has a great product, and they will challenge you to get the most out of it....for the price, it's a no-brainer for any sales team looking to reach their full potential, and create some fun in the process.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The LevelEleven platform makes it simple / more effective to reproduce and then passively manage the scorecards, spreadhseets, and disparate SFDC reports of the past, and gives everyone that Dashboard/Scoreboard like view we all seek in business.

  ### 8. LevelEleven from an SFDC Admin Perspective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom M. | Salesforce (SFDC) Consultant, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

As a busy SFDC Admin, I'm always working on several projects. One of the beauties of LevelEleven for me is it's a tool that is easy for the business itself to manage... meaning that I can focus my time elsewhere. Our sales team leaders can build the competitions themselves and rarely need my help.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

I haven't run across any scenarios that I dislike with the Product. It's an easy SFDC installation. The LevelEleven support team is easy to work with. The business users (Sales Managers in our case) can manage the competitions themselves. All win win win.

**Recommendations to others considering LevelEleven:**

Yes, I could recommend to other companies who are interested in getting into Gamification.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The particular business problem I'm concerned with is the ease of use with the application itself. If installing the app is difficult, if managing the app is difficult or if the App Product team doesn't provide quick and easy support... and we are forced to spend a lot of SFDC Admin resource time... then those aren't problems we want to have.

So minimal SFDC Admin resource time required is the specific benefit I've realized.

  ### 9. Would highly recommend LevelEleven for Gamification

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam B. | Sr Manager Revenue Strategy and Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

- Built on the SFDC Platform
- Very intuitive to learn and use
- Easy rollout
- LeaderTVs generate lots of excitement
- Great support to ensure our contests are running as we like

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

Not much to dislike
- Not all objects are game-able out of the box (like Campaigns), but there's an easy fix

**Recommendations to others considering LevelEleven:**

Would highly recommend. Evaluation, testing, negotiation, and roll-out occurred in less than a month. Great experience beginning in sales and all the way through ongoing support. Happy to be a reference for anyone looking at the tool.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At FireHost we're trying to use the gamification as positive reinforcement to build new muscles and drive behaviors we need in order to grow at the rates we've set for ourselves. To date, LevelEleven's gamification platform has helped in those regards.

  ### 10. No limit to the possibilities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew M. | Regional Manager, Hospital & Health Care, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

I like the ability to easily keep track of the activities of my team. Not in a Big Brother kind off way, but more in spirit of understanding where they are spending their time and how they are advancing their opportunities.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

There is very little not to like. The tool is intuitive and user friendly. And the support staff is second to none.

**Recommendations to others considering LevelEleven:**

Follow the tutorial videos and instructions when you start.
If you are stuck, don't give up. Call support.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool turns the everyday tasks and administrative duties of Salesforce.com, into a competitive game. No one likes doing admin work. But adding that small bit of competition, drives compliance as never before. I am seeing great compliance with data entry, opportunity advancement, and general usage.

  ### 11. Helped mold activity behaviors

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Don "D.J." S. | Director of Global Sales Training and Enablement, E-Learning, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

We executed on monthly activity games. During the four-month period of scoring LinkedIn inMails we saw a +300% increase of the sales team's total monthly inMails sent. During a the two-month period of scoring GoTo Meeting and WebEx Meetings conducted we saw a 26% increase. During a the two-month period of scoring call duration of non-local outbound calls conducted we saw a 8% increase.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

We have struggles implementing some games because of the way Salesforce.com is set up at our organization. An example is scoring an opportunity that reaches a specific stage. If the order administrators or rep move that stage backward it scores in the game twice which then has to be manually changes. Not a big deal unless it happens often. You can manipulate Salesforce.com is you have an administrator onsite who can make those code changes. Otherwise you could have struggles.

**Recommendations to others considering LevelEleven:**

Does your sales team follow the same processes within salesforce.com such as when to change sales stages, create an opportunity, convert a lead, schedule an event, or create tasks for each task performed (rather than one open task per client)? If they are not following the same processes, will you force them to while using LevelEleven to reenforce that change in process? If you answer yes to either one of those questions, LevelEleven is an amazing tool to motivate your team and mold behaviors.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Compete to mold behaviors in reps. In regards to increasing rep activity, the system works.

  ### 12. Easy-to-use product, backed by a fantastic team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rhonda R. | Senior Consultant, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

This product is very easy to use which was very critical when I made the recommendation to a client to select this product over some alternatives. They needed something that would be able to be used by a large group of business managers, most of whom were not technical and had no interest in learning a complex application. LevelEleven fit the bill and they were up and running in no time.

This application is great at motivating behaviors and rewarding people in real time for their actions. The tight integration with Chatter and Work.com is fantastic. The managers who I was working with decided to push the product beyond what it was designed to do and wanted to run contests based on data that was being batch loaded into Salesforce on a nightly basis. Initially we ran into some issues with this (the amount of data was massive). The LevelEleven team was awesome in listening to our needs and incorporating a solution in their next release. It worked flawlessly.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

When working with a large user base (in my case over a thousand users), it may be a bit tedious to search through your list of Salesforce users to decide which ones will also be LevelEleven users. There are several options provided that let you select groups of users, but if those particular options don't meet your needs it can be a bit tedious.

**Recommendations to others considering LevelEleven:**

Take advantage of all the best practice information provided by LevelEleven on their website. There are checklists, contest ideas, customer success stories, white papers, etc. Also sign up for their blog. It will provide you with a steady stream of new ideas for how to take advantage of your investment, and some of the blogs are not only educational, but extremely entertaining.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wanted to have an easy way to run contests and post results in an automated way, to replace manually run and tabulated contests. Benefits was a saving of hours of manual labor, real-time results displayed automatically on desktops, mobile devices, and large screen TVS and an immediate increase in the number of contests that managers were able to run to motivate their teams.

  ### 13. LevelEleven

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie A. | Director, Recruitment Infrastructure, Education Management, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

Super intuitive to use and learn, helpful and responsive support team- having a really positive experience with this product and company! Been the most seamless set-up of any third party app I've been involved in implementing.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

Hard to think of much here- we have a lot of Salesforce platform users where we had to do a bit of additional work to get licenses and permissions set up. There isn't a super efficient way to grant licenses and permissions to this large group of users - but it's more or less a one time thing to get them set up.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Motivating and tracking performance of our network of part-time employees (our Salesforce platform users who have limited access to reports, dashboards, and other features in Salesforce). We are still in our early stages of using the product- we'll be able to share more concrete data on it's benefits after another month or two.

  ### 14. Intuitive sales and marketing gamification application drives sales productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric M. | Chief Revenue Officer, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

Easy to deploy and integrate w/ SFDC. Extremely user-friendly from an administrative perspective. We were able to hand the controls over to our inside sales manager and she was creating unique competitions on a weekly and often times daily basis. We found this application to provide a quick ROI as it clearly aligns with your KPIs. The insight and visibility provided energizes the team and the rest of the organization. As a result, other departments are clamoring for it.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

I don't have anything critical to comment on regarding this application. The overall experience with this application when comparing with others was extremely positive.

**Recommendations to others considering LevelEleven:**

Don't hesitate, one of the most beneficial and easy to implement solutions on the market today driving sales productivity.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our primary goals were to maximize the productivity and efficiency of our inside sales and marketing teams and encourage collaboration between the two organizations. We found an immediate increase in collaboration with both teams coming together and sharing both marketing qualitative data as well as the sales team's quantitative feedback. As a result, we were able to drive more quality pipeline and our conversion rates increased.

  ### 15. Great tool for driving adoption and freeing up your time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott H. | Manager; Sales Analytics, Sports, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

Everything is tied to SalesForce behaviors and tracked automatically. You can decide what you want to drive and reward, kick off the contest, and sit back and watch the leaderboard. All the admin work is done up front. Take the time to think through and layout your contest and the execution rolls from there.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

Limits. Our sales managers can dream up some pretty big contests, and as flexible as the tool is, there are times I have been restricted by the number of behaviors I can track or the 2-levels of parent-child contests. However, since initially starting 3 years ago, they have been great at taking my feedback and evolving the product into what it is today. LevelEleven has been very responsive, collaborating on unique solutions and planning future development around the hurdles we have run into.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SalesForce adoption and training. When a contest is in play with added incentives, there is much more focus to recording the sales process and doing it in the specific way you want them to. In addition to driving sales, we have designed contests around data collection and data hygiene.

  ### 16. Production boosting magic

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan C. | Director, Sales Development & Sales Ops, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

LevelEleven allows to to easily engage our sales and lead generation team in ways that make work fun and drive them to complete desired behaviors. The contests are easy to set up and we are able to quickly launch new challenges. LevelEleven even sends emails with ideas for new ways to engage employees and to increase production.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

There is very little that I dislike about LevelEleven. I've evaluated and used at least 2 other similar solutions and found LevelEleven to be the easiest to use and the best use our our time. No complaints.

**Recommendations to others considering LevelEleven:**

Innovative company constantly making improvements and looking for suggestions to incorporate into their solutions. This solution also integrates with work.com to provide badging and rewards directly through the system. It helps to drive the desired behavior when you see the badges in your queue and can talk trash to your teammates. When working with support, they are extremely helpful and will work to solve your problems tirelessly. I don't believe we've ever been "left hanging" by the LevelEleven support team, even when we call with complex contests we'd like to run. I strongly recommend this platform to anyone looking to achieve desired results in the salesforce.com platform.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are driving production on our sales and lead generation teams. We run a number of contests to drive these behaviors. For instance we used LevelEleven for our March Madness Tournament and saw an increase in production of over 70% from the previous weeks average production.

  ### 17. We are able to use LevelEleven to create fun, motivating competitions that engage our staff.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam R. | Manager, Hospital & Health Care, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

The ease in making a contest is great. We can teach our team to use the templates and they are off and running in minutes. Also, the LeaderTV is a great addition to any of our live contests.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

In some cases, it is difficult to track various objects through Salesforce, but I do not attribute this problem to LevelEleven. It is also difficult to manage the total number of LevelEleven licenses since we have so many staff members that move off of our team so frequently (again, not a LevelEleven fault).

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We want to improve meeting scheduling behaviors, call behaviors and lead follow-up behaviors. While we have been using LevelElevel, the contests have been useful to have a boost in outreach and scheduling numbers across an hour, a day, or a week. We also use LevelEleven as our wholistic tracking system for some of our quarterly events and campaigns.

  ### 18. Motivation!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jim B. | Director, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

Motivating employees and sales professionals is crutial to the growth of our company. It's been great fun seeing the team rally around Level 11 and the Channel 11 product. The support provided by @RebeccaGanzak has wonderful! We can always count on her to respond within an hour!

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

Only downside thus far has been the integration with some of the custom objects although they are all over it and I am sure we will have it corrected soon.

**Recommendations to others considering LevelEleven:**

I would definitely recommend level 11. For technical questions I would recommend getting your account manager involved in the sales cycle to ask specifics regarding custom objects etc.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Definitely helping with motivation.

  ### 19. Gamification is not just for sales teams!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristin R. | Deputy Director, Specialized Services, Hospital & Health Care, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

Gamification is not just about sales-- it's engagement. And, engagement is critically important to success across all types of industries. At UCSF's medical centers, we have recently implemented Chatter, and we are leveraging to facilitate nursing performance within our pediatric intensive care units— in both team collaboration and engagement with quality & educational processes.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

We're very happy with the product. We looked into building some of the capabilities in house but decided that the ROI just wasn't there plus we didn't have the promotional expertise in house to make the program a success.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Partnering with LevelEleven, Compete has allowed us to accelerate Chatter adoption by our nursing staff, and most recently, helped to drive peer recognition, where nurses and their respective shifts earn points for each recognition received. With Chatter and Compete, nurses can easily recognize the excellent work of their peers, strengthening team/unit spirit—and doing so in a manner easily visible to “competing” nursing units—further driving engagement across units.

  ### 20. Great tool for our teams!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Crystal H. | Sales Operations Manager; Sales Enablement and Development, Information Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

LevelEleven allows us motivate and track team member activity allowing us to promote activity that is relevant to our goals and initiatives. Change is the only constant you can expect and when we need to make changes quickly and ensure team members are taking action, we set up a contest to ensure we have the proper engagement by our team. It also allows us to see team members that aren't taking the right actions so that we can provide coaching where needed. It removes the manual tracking so that we can focus on what really matters to our business.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

While it's great that we can send notifications to team members, I'd like to be able to tailor the notifications to how we are using the product. Not every contest is truly a contest. We run leader boards also through LevelEleven so that we can create more visibility on every day activity that team members should be focusing on. We still would like to send notifications but communicate a different message.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LevelEleven helps us in numerous areas by providing immediate performance metrics, reducing team member engagement challenges, creating visibility on every day focuses, increasing performance on new or re-energized initiatives. Team members get into a rut when doing a lot of the same things every day, sometimes we need to make work fun. People should enjoy what they are doing and with LevelEleven, we can make the workplace a great and energizing place to be.

  ### 21. Nothing but a great experience being the administrator of this application.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff L. | Marketing CRM Specialist, Consumer Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

I like the real-time visibility it provides to all participants & observers of the contest.
As well focusing on key attributes that drive sales and adoption levels so we can understand our business better.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

There is nothing I dislike about the application. It would be nice if there was a workaround to disable the timeout feature on our laptops so we can have the leaderboard showing at all times.

**Recommendations to others considering LevelEleven:**

The application will allow you to drive activities that produce results while adding some fun to the job.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

increasing our adoption rates and understanding our business habits better

  ### 22. Innovative and Easy to Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel S. | Instructional Designer Intern, Construction, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

The LevelEleven Builder makes it easy to create specific contests by following a simple step-by-step process. Very innovative and allows for complete customization. Also, the customer service was readily available when we needed help or support.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

The only difficulty we faced when using LevelEleven was when it came to creating contests based on custom objects. A knowledge of coding is needed to be handle developing these kinds of contests.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We launched a new software cloud-based program for our sales teams to integrate with their sales process. To help our sales teams adopt the new program, we turned to LevelEleven contests. We began with three easy contests based on certain tasks that our salespeople would perform during their regular work week. We have seen a great increase in activity since we first launched our contests.

  ### 23. Good product and excellent support team!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Colin M. | Developer, Hospital & Health Care, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

I enjoy the layout and UI experience within the Competition adding/editing of Competitions. It's easy to use the product and our users have gotten benefit out of it since it's deployment.

I believe our business team who have worked directly with the team, have found them great to deal with. Level Eleven have provided some great samples and ideas to allow us to ask the right questions and test the right attributes in order to gauge the progress of our sales team in the right way.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

Adding the users can be tedious since the adding of the users through the managed package does not work correctly at the moment. I've had to add the licenses to the users manually which can be tedious at times.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provides motivation to sales team through gamification and competition.

  ### 24. We use LevelEleven internally as well as recommend/implement for our clients

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan F. | Business Development Manager, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

It's easy to set up, configure, and use for business users. It is very easy for a non-technical manager to set up contests and initiatives very quickly.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

It doesn't fix an underlying process problem that may exist in a customers business. That's not the purpose of the software, so it's no fault to LevelEleven, but should be considered when implementing.

**Recommendations to others considering LevelEleven:**

This is a great tool to help keep your team focused. It's easy to recommend this software because it creates momentum around key business activities. You can take action immediately to create contest as business dictates. It only takes a few minutes of planning and you're off!

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User adoption, but mainly driving focus to key activities and initiatives (driving new business vs existing, focus on one customer segment over another)

  ### 25. Andy's Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew M. | Market Development Representative, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

I liked the fact you can get real time visibility into the scoring system, the live ticker feed on the bottom of the screen and the rankings scroll through on a regular basis.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

Maybe there could be some sort of leader notification that can populate when the leader gets knocked from first to second. Also maybe there is a way to have an email notification get sent out at the mid-point of the contest letting everyone know the standings along with a 30 minute email notification to everyone letting them know where they are standing. But all in all I fully enjoyed the set-up and did not have any dislikes to the system.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving expense management software issues. We are helping people automate and streamline their financials.

  ### 26. BIg Fan!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

I used LevelEleven at my last company and they were one of the first calls I made when I accepted my new role to build out ISS with PeopleLinx.

Bob, Ash, Kristy and team are awesome. Highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

It would be nice to have a Bracket format developed for March Madness incentives.

**Recommendations to others considering LevelEleven:**

Utilize the L11 team for collaboration. They are awesome and make themselves available for your success.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Driving behaviors, productivity, and most importantly revenue!

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer L. | Sales Operations Manager, Hospital & Health Care, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

The product is very flexible, easy to use and effective...but what's even better is the LevelEleven team. Extremely helpful, always available and genuinely interested in helping our business grow.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

Nothing in the product that I dislike...just wish I had more time to play with it!

**Recommendations to others considering LevelEleven:**

LevelEleven will not fail you...it is well worth the small investment.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have two main goals, change and sustain preferred behaviors in Salesforce AND grow our pipeline by healthy competition and contest strategies that challenge our Sales team.

  ### 28. Level11 is helping our team create camaraderie even though we are spread out throughout the country.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ripper H. | National Director of Partner Development, Sports, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

Very easy to use and set up
Constant reinforcement of sales activity
Encourages correct usage of Salesforce in order to receive points

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

So far, nothing that we dislike about the platform. We've asked for some more info regarding reports for team-based contests, and they're working on it.

**Recommendations to others considering LevelEleven:**

Plan out contests in advance
Consider both individual contests and team-based contests that can run simultaneously
Use Chatter in order to create daily communication

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team building
Encouraging/incentivizing correct sales behavior
Rewards for things beyond revenue

  ### 29. Excellent choice!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca B. | VP, Furniture

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

LevelEleven is very approachable with every question we had in making our decision to choosing an add on to Salesforce. They are a very dynamic smooth running company with quick answers and a very friendly professional staff.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

I can not think of anything that I have disliked with LevelEleven. It is an excellent company to work with!

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking to digitalize our sales end of our company with Salesforce and realized we could also do the same with our sales promotions with LevelEleven addon. Since adding LevelEleven we have had a lot of fun with the contests including the Leaderboard as well we have been able to have company wide promotions very easily as well with LevelEleven!

  ### 30. A leader out of the gate.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Printing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

LevelEleven is incredibly easy to use and has fundamentally changed the way we run our sales contests. We are able to run a deeper, broader contest with less administration. This gives us greater engagement with our staff which leads to greater results. The LevelEleven support team is second to none, in fact our whole experience has been a positive, productive one.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

I don't have no dislikes whatsoever. Well thought out, supported and delivered.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since implementing LevelEleven, our sales contests have left the boundaries of our weekly sales meetings and have become a part of our daily culture and dialogue. We have noticed that collaboration has also increased within our sales team and support team.

  ### 31. Driving Good Behaviours

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alysa M. | Sales Support Coordinator, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

Our main objective was to drive good behaviours when using SF.com. Our sales team is very competitive (like most) and having the ability to display the leader board on screens around the office was a great success. We now are able to completely customize our contests to drive specific behaviours be it sales or logging activities. We are now rolling it out within our whole organization - not just for the sales team!

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

creating custom contests can be challenging but their customer support is amazing! We have used it for almost a year now and I still get assistance when building complicated campaigns.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Driving good behaviours in SF.com

  ### 32. The LevelEleven team has forgotten more than you know about sales excellence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan L. | Co-founder, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

Full disclosure: LevelEleven is a "sister company" in the sense that we share investors, so I've had the chance to get to know the LevelEleven team personally over the last 2 years. They are SALES PROS in every sense of the word. They run an incredibly disciplined sales organization, and of course they DOGFOOD their own product religiously as they go. When you use LevelEleven products, you get the benefits of their experience baked right into the software.

My favorite aspects of the software are the EASE OF USE and the increase VISIBILITY that it provides. We had an easy time of setting it up and we were able to increase a healthy competitive tone on the sales team simply by bringing into the open how everyone is doing on a real-time basis.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

The biggest challenge we had with the software was integrating it with other Salesforce add-ons. I don't know what goes on under the hood, but this was at times a challenge. To the LevelEleven team's credit, they were very responsive and supportive as we worked through those issues.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales team motivation. Always a challenge for an inside, high-velocity sales team. We have seen that people respond when there is a contest, even if the stakes are relatively small.

  ### 33. LOVE Level Eleven!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole R. | Client Success Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

Great engagement for our sales team and fantastic customer service from the Level Eleven team

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

Can't think of anything I don't like - Level Eleven is great to work with and a huge asset to our sales team

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Motivating and engaging our sales team. We've used this app to motivate both sales and compliance

  ### 34. Increased reps adding & managing their opportunities in Salesforce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nancy J. | Founder & CEO, E-Learning, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

I like the ease of creating and managing the contests so the business stakeholders can do it themselves versus needing the Salesforce Administrator. I think having the interface working like a manager thinks is brilliant.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

I don't dislike anything about LevelEleven's product or support

**Recommendations to others considering LevelEleven:**

I have implemented LevelEleven in each of my positions as Salesforce Administrator as well as recommending them to others because I know first-hand that their product is worth my reputation.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem we've had is getting the reps to put in their opportunities and keep them updated so our forecasts were accurate. This solved it within days.

  ### 35. Comments from Chapel Lawn

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

It is a great way to motivate and keep the interest level high for reps that are competitive and need a little motivation. It's a great distractor as it pulls their attention away from "having to use Salesforce" to let's beat that other team.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

Nothing really except the contest, when teamed up with others, is more of a challenge then simply one location vs another location as sometimes in a team enviroment contest, if one member of the team (one location/branch) is "off" it puts too much of a strain/challenge on the other team/branch members to keep up and make up the difference, which discourages the team/group that eventally falls behind.

**Recommendations to others considering LevelEleven:**

It is worth the price.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More accountability on the prospecting production which results in more prospecting and better followups with the Task tool.

  ### 36. Level Eleven has created the competition among Sales Reps that I was looking for!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rob M. | Director of Sales and Marketing, Apparel & Fashion

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

The competition created among the sales team. Sales people are competitive by nature, offering a friendly competition amongst the team drives people to go the extra mile to win. The service and support is fantastic and they are always there when you need them. Ashley Ball is my Level Eleven Representative and she is nothing short of fantastic!

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

Nothing yet! I am fairly new to Level Eleven (2nd month in) but so far, no complaints.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping Sales Representative on task through competition amongst their peers. I have seen activity increase which in turn produces more sales.

  ### 37. Engagement is Key!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mindi S. K. | Founder & CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

Recognition and competition are key to keeping sales teams productive and engaged. LevelEleven is a great tool that generates a lot of excitement and also compliance in Salesforce! LevelEleven is very intuitive and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

There is not one thing that I can pick out that I dislike about the platform.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the benefits that we have realized by running competitions through LevelEleven that we are getting our sales team excited and also driving Salesforce compliance.

  ### 38. Really improves Sales results

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** joe g. | vp, Consumer Goods, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

We've been using Leveleleven for about a month. We've used it to launch a new product line. The results of been impressive. Our closed won deal rate has tripled. It is amazingly simple to use and set up contests on the fly. The support they offer is also outstanding.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

nothing is wrong with the product ...........................................

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

increased sales

  ### 39. Simple yet effective out of the box gamification that is actually native.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlie B. | Head of Opportunity Development, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

East to deploy and increasing functionality

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

Nothing in particular, great team, great leadership, great product

**Recommendations to others considering LevelEleven:**

Just know what KPIs you're looking to improve and know what the historical data is, but this is relevant for implementation of any technology or system.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engagement, competition, driving more active usage of SFDC, without bringing down the plane to implement.

  ### 40. Great start!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donalyn R. | Sales Process, Hospitality, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

Really enjoyed how easy this app was to set up in my Salesforce instance & create my first contest.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

As this a new product for us, I have not come across anything thus far that is a negative.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Main goal installing Compete was to increase user adoption and tighten up our data by increasing system engagement with our sales teams. Increasing data integrity opens up opportunity to share our SF dashboards with Sr. executives and be able to trust the data saving all the review time we currently put in before sharing our data internally.

  ### 41. We win with this product!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle V. | Vice President of Sales, Transportation/Trucking/Railroad, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

I am a sales contest fan so having software that will help streamline those contests, build them, and report as often as I want is a homerun!

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

Until I get more familiar with the building of contests, I find some inflexibility on a few things such as I would like to have the option for a tie-breaker to be based on a different criteria, such as largest revenue potential, etc.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used it to try to solve some behavior adoption issues. It has helped with most individuals but still a few stubborn ones.

  ### 42. LevelEleven adds the missing piece for any incentive program

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lee H. | Vice President Marketing, Telecommunications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

LevelEleven takes all of the heavy lifting and complexity out of developing and executing gamification programs. The set-up and administration is easy to follow and intuitive. The platform is also flexible and was able to accommodate the unique nuances of our sales incentive program.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

We would have like to have more logic and rules to support sales programs for channel partners.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our first program was a classic sales incentive program for funnel creation. Initial feedback from the contestants was positive. They liked seeing the leaderboard inside Chatter.

  ### 43. Great tool for any inside sales team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ian M. | Senior Sales & Marketing Operations Analyst, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

Setting up contests is as easy as running reports. It has a very intuitive interface that makes setting up monthly contests extremely simple. LeaderTV is a great way to motivate the team on our sales floor monitors.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

No ability to auto back-fill if a contest starts mid week or mid month and entries from earlier in the period need to be counted.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking spiffs and promotions through a visually appealing tool rather then basic SFDC reports and dashboards.

  ### 44. Leveleleven keeps the sales floor engaged

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brad T. | Sales Manager, Medical Devices, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

The side bar on Salesforce allows our reps to see up to minute contests.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

The lack of background options. I know you can never please the entire sales floor but if there were a few more background options we could change them up on a more regular basis.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leveleleven allows us as a company to drive specific results in the sales division. We are able to create contests to change behaviors in ares we were lacking.

  ### 45. First Application of Social Gamification in the Healthcare Enterprise

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arup R. | Medical Director, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Hospital & Health Care, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

Great customer service. Really takes the time to understand our use case and facilitate implementation.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

Frequent updates to the platform-- which are nice visual and functional end-user improvements-- but have made our own direct management more challenging-- i.e., greater need for technical assistance from their GREAT customer service team.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engagement of inter-professional staff (nurses, doctors, respiratory therapists, social workers, pharmacists, etc.) within the hospital setting, where communication is critical to saving lives.

  ### 46. Motivate your team...QUICKLY!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris A. | Director of Season-Seat Membership & Group Ticket Sales, Sports

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

The LevelEleven platform has been a game changer for our sales team. From ease of use (for the managers) to visibility within our sales team, this has been a huge win!

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

It is truly difficult to find a dislike. If the system were able to track and fulfill reward inventory, that would be of benefit.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our internal contests are now transparent and easy to manage/execute within this platform (tied to sf.com).

  ### 47. Innovation, innovation, innovation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike V. | Senior Account Executive, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

The user friendly interface coupled with various ways to spurn competition - LevelEleven is changing the gamification landscape.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

There is little to dislike about LevelEleven. The technology is best in class and the team are some of the most innovative and conscious in the industry.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LevelEleven not only can spur competition among sales and service teams, but it allows organizations to track and report effectively on adoption and help institute behavioral changes to drive adoption.

  ### 48. LevelEleven review - Salesforce rollout

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela K. | Business Analyst, Construction, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

LevelEleven is fairly intuitive design and configuration.
The support staff are always available to answer questions and give best practice guidance.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

Setup of custom object triggers was a little tricky but do-able via support assistance.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our primary success with Salesforce depends on high adoption and usage of the tool with our Sales team. We are using LevelEleven to have the teams focus on the high priority tasks needed to produce consistent and quality data.

  ### 49. Sales productivity on steroids and fun/rewarding instand gratification!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jim H. | SVP, Global Sales, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

The ability to enable and train for new behaviors, push to targets daily, competition with team/s, visibility in sales efficiency.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

At this time we have not come across any dislikes.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead qualification, sales acquisition, forecast accuracy, new muscle in outbounding and the list goes on. Quicker results and gratification to sales teams across the org, visibility in the company as to intensity and success toward our goals.

  ### 50. Friendly competition

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom N. | Sr. Business Development Manager, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2014

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

LevelEleven has really improved our monthly sales competitions by creating friendly competition and keeping people motivated throughout the month.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

It took me a while to hone in on the right way to set up our contests, how many points to award for various behaviors, etc.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LevelEleven has really helped us gamify different aspects of the sales process and keep people motivated when they're having "off" days.
