What do you like best about LetzChat?

It has a real-time translation capabilities. That allows me to communicate with clients and team members from different countries without any communication/language barrier. I can easily integrate it with Zoom meetings and podcasts, which is a plus for me to communicate with clients daily. It also has a plugin for websites to translate the whole content according to the language or country in real time. What do you dislike about LetzChat?

It is incredibly useful, but it could be improved is the accuracy of its translations when it comes to technical terms and industry specific words and sentence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LetzChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps our business to easily target foreign country audience and clients. Real time translation helps our website to explain what we do and what services we provide in their language that make a big impact.
