What do you like best about Letterdrop?

Letterdrop makes my content marketing workflow far more efficient, helping me with nearly every aspect of my work. I use it every day, and it's become a critical part of my work. I find it easy to use. The team is very supportive and responsive, answering questions and fixing issues rapidly. What do you dislike about Letterdrop?

Nothing comes to mind! I've made some small feature requests and am excited to see the platform continue to develop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Letterdrop solving and how is that benefiting you?

Letterdrop has made it far easier for me (as a one-person content team) to efficiently produce and update optimized content for our company blog. I can record and prioritize ideas, assign them to external resources, optimize posts thoroughly, improve internal linking, and monitor performance, all within the platform. Letterdrop's SEO features are far superior to the Docs plugin I previously used, and the SEO results we're seeing suggest its approach is on point. In fact, doing this work entirely within Google Docs + WordPress now seems unfathomable.

Additionally, I also use the social media scheduler, Gong integration, and employee advocacy features. The social media scheduler is a significant improvement over our CRM's feature I previously used, and the approval system has helped us initiate an executive social media program with ease.

Overall, Letterdrop has helped me amplify my efforts dramatically, while also streamlining and simplifying many aspects of managing a content marketing program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
