"Letter AI Feels Like a True Partner with Responsive Customer Success"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Letter AI?

Our relationship with Letter AI feels like a true partnership rather than a typical vendor relationship. We’ve had the opportunity to participate in early-adopter programs, provide product feedback, and influence feature development along the way. Their Customer Success team is a standout—they’re highly responsive, proactive, and often resolve our needs in a single interaction. Letter AI is also willing to build new integrations when there is value for the broader customer community, which demonstrates their commitment to customer-driven innovation.

The platform’s content builder tools make it easy to create engaging e-learning experiences from presentations, videos, session outlines, or entirely from scratch. The AI Coach and simulation capabilities provide our revenue teams with a safe environment to practice new skills, receive coaching, and build confidence before engaging with customers. Compass serves as a centralized deal hub, bringing together internal and external content to help teams assess deal health and confidence more effectively.

From a value perspective, pricing is competitive given the breadth of functionality available today and the strength of the product roadmap. The roadmap feels intentional and well thought out, with the potential to consolidate multiple tools across our enablement ecosystem over time. Platform performance is generally strong, though power users will benefit from a reliable, high-bandwidth connection.

The user experience is intuitive, and administrators have significant control over the platform. Organizations with instructional design resources can create highly customized Landing Pages and Content Hubs that feel more like modern websites than traditional learning portals. What do you dislike about Letter AI?

Very little. Everyone is willing to work toward a solution, including the CEO. For instructional designers, the e-learning tools are structurally solid, but we still have to rely on other tools like Synthesia, Canva, etc. to generate the high-quality images and videos our IDs need. What problems is Letter AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Letter AI is propelling our productivity forward and helping establish us as a Revenue Team Engagement engine. Our previous solution was a content tool first and an enablement tool second. With Letter, we’re building e-learning content 50% faster than before, and the quality is much higher.

Learning output is no longer just a presentation deck over Zoom or cobbled-together YouTube videos. Instead, it’s engaging, video-led instruction that tells a story. The AI Coaches also help practice behavior changes as much as the seller wants before delivering live to their manager and the customer.

As a result, our confidence and engagement survey scores have increased. We’ll continue to push the envelope with Letter AI ahead of SKO and other significant behavior shifts. We’re also looking at how to use Letter AI to make micro-learning the standard, and to support learning in the flow of work (a standard feature in Letter Compass).
