I found a great place to put ALL the information our company, and us personally, need to find about every one of our contacts. It has all the capabilities and a few nice bells and whistles that make our job easier. As I mentioned in the title, the support is fantastic and the product has worked beautifully for us. I highly recommend learning to use all of its features. I should also mention the ease of use and the simple nature and yet extensive capabilities of the program. I'd love to have it immediately available on my phone without waiting a second to have the information downloaded from the web. We have a great contact listing program that also helps us keep track of our many client's needs. As a real estate broker, we need to quickly find matching homes as well as potential buyers when something or someone new comes to the market. This product helps tremendously.
