What do you like best about Lensing?

The implementation was a breeze and they have first class support whenever you run into problems. I would recommend them to everybody and anybody. From the first demo it was clearly built for how SaaS actually operates — NRR, subscription waterfalls, ASC 606, prepaid schedules, tagging employees to expense records, deep Salesforce integration Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lensing?

Not much has held me back, it's worth taking the time upfront to see everything it can do so you actually use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lensing solving and how is that benefiting you?

NRR, subscription waterfalls, ASC 606, prepaid schedules, tagging employees to expense records, deep Salesforce integration. Things I used to calculate manually just exist here. Reconciliations that used to eat my week largely handle themselves, and I finally have real-time reporting and a clear view of how our customer base is growing on one dashboard.
