**What do you like best about Lemon Learning?**

I championed this tool internally after our Salesforce deployment turned into a training nightmare. We had 200+ PDF tutorials that nobody read. With Lemon Learning, I replaced them with interactive guides that live right inside Salesforce. The no-code editor means my team of two can create and update guides without waiting for IT. The AI guide creator is surprisingly good, it gets about 70% right on the first pass, and I just polish the rest. We went from spending a full day per tutorial to about 20 minutes per guide.

**What do you dislike about Lemon Learning?**

Content versioning exists but rollback isn't intuitive. I accidentally published an old version once and it took me a while to figure out how to revert. The editor UX has a learning curve for my colleague who's less technical, she needed about a week to feel comfortable.

**What do you like best about Lemon Learning?**

We evaluated three solutions before deciding on Lemon Learning for our SAP S/4HANA migration. The deployment was straightforward — Chrome extension pushed via group policy, SSO configured in under a day. The pre-built guide library for SAP gave us a head start, and our L&D team was creating custom guides within the first week using the no-code editor. What I appreciated most was the phased rollout capability: we piloted with 200 users, validated adoption metrics, then scaled to 3,000 across four plants.

**What do you dislike about Lemon Learning?**

The initial setup was smooth for web, but syncing with our Active Directory took longer than expected, about a week of back-and-forth with their support team. Also, the built-in analytics are useful for tracking guide completion but not granular enough for the detailed reports our CFO wants. I end up exporting data and building my own dashboards.

**What do you like best about Lemon Learning?**

When I'm back at the office on my laptop, the guides on the field service app are clear and helpful. The popup showed me exactly where to upload the intervention photo and sign off the job report.

**What do you dislike about Lemon Learning?**

On my tablet in the field, the overlay is way too big for the screen. Some guides are clearly made for desktop — the steps don't match what I see on the mobile version of the app. And when the connection is slow on 4G, the guide gets confused about which step I'm on. I'd honestly rather have a short video for some of these tasks than a 12-step walkthrough.

**What problems is Lemon Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work alone most days so having the guide on the tablet is helpful when it works. Before this I had to call the office every time the dispatch app got an update. Still calling sometimes though, when the guide doesn't load on site.

**What do you like best about Lemon Learning?**

SAP has so many transaction codes that even after 8 years I still discover new ones. The guides act like a cheat sheet right inside the app, which is useful especially during month-end close when I don't have time to look things up. The tooltips on the posting screens help with the less common cost center codes.

**What do you dislike about Lemon Learning?**

The guides don't handle our custom SAP transactions. We have about 15 Z-transactions that are specific to our company and none of them are covered. Also, when SAP throws a custom error popup, the guide just gets lost and you have to restart it.

**What problems is Lemon Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During month-end close I used to keep a printed cheat sheet next to my keyboard. It's all in the tool now, which is marginally more convenient. Not a dramatic change but it helps. I'm also impressed it works on old desktop software as well as news web systems.

**What do you like best about Lemon Learning?**

We’ve all seen the stats that 70% of digital transformations fail, usually because of the human element. Lemon Learning allows us to mitigate that risk by supporting our teams where they actually work. Users were very pleased to have help right inside their apps. It’s a non-intrusive layer that guides users through our most complex internal portals without cluttering the native UI.

**What do you dislike about Lemon Learning?**

While it works natively with over 200 apps, we found that one of our very specific, legacy on-premise tools required a bit more manual configuration than the standard SaaS platforms like Workday did.

**What problems is Lemon Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were seeing massive "workflow friction" following a system-wide update. People knew what the tools could do, but they weren't confident using them. Lemon Learning replaced our static training manuals with interactive, in-app support. It has significantly accelerated our time-to-value for new software investments. **What do you like best about Lemon Learning?**

The speed of implementation was the primary selling point for us. Most DAPs we evaluated required months of technical configuration, but we were able to get Lemon Learning live across our primary stack in under two weeks. I also appreciate the non-intrusive design; it sits as a light layer over our applications without causing the latency issues or UI clutter we've seen with other overlay tools.

**What do you dislike about Lemon Learning?**

From an IT administration perspective, I would like to see a role of content validator. Currently, managing content creation rights for 70+ different admins across different global regions is great, but that would make compliance easier.

We were struggling with a global CRM migration where training costs were ballooning. Lemon Learning allowed us to provide in-app guidance for 12,000 users simultaneously. **What do you like best about Lemon Learning?**

What I like most is the in-app guidance and how quick it is to build flows with the editor. 
We use it a lot for onboarding and feature rollouts, and it’s cut down the need for training calls and long documentation. 
The UX is clean and it doesn’t slow down the tools, which was something I was worried about. 
The analytics also give a clear view of where users get stuck, so we can improve processes quickly. 
Overall, it’s been a solid time-saver for the team.

**What do you dislike about Lemon Learning?**

There’s not much to dislike, but I think the template library could be a bit more extensive, especially for more advanced use cases. 
Also, some integrations could be smoother, as setting them up can take a bit of time depending on the tool. 
It would be great to see more AI-driven suggestions when building guides to speed things up even further. 
Nothing major, but these improvements would make the experience even better.

Before Lemon Learning, we depended heavily on manual onboarding, written documentation, and training calls, which took a lot of time and still weren’t always effective. New users often struggled to find their way around our tools, which led to the same questions coming up again and again for the team.

With Lemon Learning, we can guide users directly inside the product using step-by-step flows, so they learn by doing in the moment. This has made onboarding much smoother and has reduced our need for live training sessions and ongoing support. 
As a result, we’ve saved a meaningful amount of time and improved overall user adoption, especially when we roll out new features.

**What do you like best about Lemon Learning?**

During open enrollment I used to get 50 emails a day from employees who couldn't figure out the benefits portal. This year, the guides handled it. Employees followed the step-by-step and most of them completed their elections without any help from my team. The tooltips on the dependent forms reduced errors by a lot — people actually entered dates in the right format for once. I'm genuinely impressed.

**What do you dislike about Lemon Learning?**

I wish I could track which employees actually completed the guide. Right now I can see aggregate numbers but not individual completion, which would be useful for follow-ups during enrollment deadlines.

The annual benefits enrollment was always our most stressful period. This year it was almost calm. My inbox went from 50 emails a day to about 10. That alone justified the tool for our team.

It bridges the gap between technical implementation and cultural adoption. The tool is very "human." It doesn't feel like a robotic manual; it feels like a colleague showing you the ropes. The fast deployment (we were live in under two weeks) allowed us to keep pace with our digital transformation schedule without delays.

The mobile experience is definitely improving, but for some of our staff who use handheld devices in the field, the overlays can occasionally feel a bit cramped compared to the desktop version.

The most tangible benefit has been the reduction in "noise" during software updates. We recently pushed a major update to our ServiceNow instance, and instead of the usual flood of tickets, the interactive overlays handled most basic navigation questions. It really does help scale change without overwhelming the helpdesk. The deployment was surprisingly fast, we were up and running in about 12 days.

The reporting on user drop-off points is decent, but I’d prefer if the analytics were a bit more granular. We want to see exactly which specific step in a 10-step guide is causing the most confusion, so we can tweak the wording immediately.

I know the CAD side of our PLM inside out, but the release workflow and ECN approval process? Completely different world. The guides are the only reason I can submit a change order without calling the config management team. It highlights exactly which fields matter and in what sequence.

The overlay sometimes interferes with our 3D viewer panel. When I'm reviewing a model and the guide pops up on top of the geometry, I have to reposition things. Also, our custom PLM workflows aren't fully covered, only the standard ones have guides.

I used to keep a Word doc with 40 screenshots for the release process. That doc was always out of date. Now the guide is right there in the tool and it stays current when the interface changes.

Creating a purchase order in SAP used to be a 15-minute ordeal because I could never remember the approval routing rules. The guide walks me through it in about 5 minutes now. I especially appreciate the tooltips on the approval workflow they saved me from routing POs to the wrong cost centre manager twice.

**What do you dislike about Lemon Learning?**

The guide doesn't differentiate between a standard PO and a framework contract they're completely different workflows but the guide treats them the same. I also wish it could detect which approval chain applies based on the dollar amount.

I mostly use the guides for things I do once a quarter, like year-end inventory reconciliation or updating supplier master data. For those infrequent tasks, the step-by-step is genuinely useful because I'd otherwise forget the sequence every time.

I started 2 months ago and the CRM was overwhelming. Hundreds of fields, different layouts per record type. The walkthrough popped up the first time I tried to create an opportunity and it literally held my hand through every step. I didn't have to bother my onboarding buddy for the basics.

The guide assumes I know what 'opportunity stage' means — I didn't when I started. A bit more context on the business terms would help, not just where to click. Also some guides are too long when I just need the last 3 steps.

When a customer is on the phone and I need to escalate a case, the guide shows me which fields to fill. That part works well and saves me from guessing

When the CRM is slow, which happens a lot during peak hours, the guide advances to the next step before the page has even loaded. So I'm reading instructions for a screen I can't see yet. This is honestly annoying when you're dealing with an angry customer. I've flagged this twice and haven't seen any improvement. Also, the widget takes up screen real estate I need for the customer's info panel.

Fewer mistakes on case escalation. Before the guides, new agents would route tickets to the wrong team because the dropdown options are confusing. That's improved.

I process around 25 placements a week and each one has a lot of mandatory fields in our recruitment CRM. The tooltips next to the fields tell me exactly what's expected, so I stopped getting rejections from the legal department for incomplete contracts. When they changed the contract workflow last quarter, the guide was updated before anyone even told us about the change.

We have 5 different contract types but only 2 are covered by the guides. The temp-to-perm and framework agreements still require me to ask a colleague or check the old PDF manual.

The KYC process guides have become second nature for me. Our system has over 200 screens, and when handling a file with a special case, the step-by-step instructions prevent entering data in the wrong field. Onboarding is quick, even for colleagues who aren't super tech-savvy.

The guide doesn't account for the different client categories. We have different processes depending on the account type, and sometimes you end up following a guide that doesn't exactly match your case. One improvement would be to be able to filter by file type.

We get new people almost every month and I used to spend half my shift showing them the scheduling tool and the back-office system. Now I just say follow the guides. They're clear, they're visual, and even people who aren't great with computers can follow along. Honestly a lifesaver during the holiday rush.

Hard to find fault so far. I guess if I had to pick something, the font could be a bit bigger on our store tablets. Some of the older staff squint at it.

The push feature that keeps important information up to date with our teams on the changes we are making. The pedagogy is significantly improved internally and the information circulates well.

We were missing a feature to edit the guide exactly as we wanted. But the teams were very responsive and created it for us in 24 hours, thank you.

Machine learning brings us much better communication, which was not obvious with the software shared by purchasing, marketing, sales... The steps of the guide harmonize the use of our HRIS and CRM for everyone, and the push notifications reduce our communication efforts.

Our AD did not allow for the educational segmentation we wanted. But we found alternatives with the Lemon Learning teams.
