The part I'd like to see enhanced is the CRM inteegration options. Right now, syncing data between lemlist n CRM systems feels a bit clunky which can disrupt the flow. **What do you like best about lemlist?**

One thing I've come to love about usng lemlist is how it seems to seamlessly fit into my existing email processes without feeling cumbersome. Havng everything in one place reduces the chaos of bouncing between tools, making my day feel more controlled and productive. It's like having a more solid foundation for my daily tasks.

One thing that could see improvement is the customer support responsiveness. Sometimes when an issue arises, it feels like it takes longer than expected to receive assistance. Faster and more reliable support would help ensure seamless workflow continuity, especially when tackling time-sensitive problems. Enhancing customer support responsiveness would alleviate interrupts in my daily routine and help maintain the momentum of my campaigns.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before lemlist, my email outreach was scattered and disconected, which made maintaining consistency across various platforms a daunting task. I'd often miss follow-ups or forget important threads due to the lack of coordination. Since integrating lemlist into my routine, the centraliztion has transformed how I organize emails. Each day starts with a comprehensive glance at the dashboard to prioritize tasks, which helps me streamline my workflow. The automation of routine tasks has been a lifesavr, allowing me to focus on building stronger client connections. This shift has brought a more coherent framework to managing emails and reduced the stress of stayng on top of everything.

One thing that's impressed me with lemlist is how it allows me to handle several email campaigns with minimal fuss. Having all my tools in one place lets me focus more on strategic planning rather than technicalities. It's like having a personal assistant for email, keepin' me ahead of the game each day.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

I think the email scheduling feature could be enhanced for better efficiency. Sometimes, setting specific send times isn't as fluid as I'd hope for changing campaign goals on the fly. Improving this aspect could reall optimize the scheduling experience and make timeline management simpler. A smoother scheduling feature would align workflow more closely with ever-evolving needs.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before lemlist, organizing outreach felt like a balancing act with multiple tools leading to confusion and missed parts. There was always the fear of follow-up slipping through the cracks. Now, everything’s centralized which streamlines how I handle campaigns and minimizes oversights. My day kicks off with a focused check of the dashboard organizing tasks more efficiently. Using automation to handle routine follow-ups allows me significant time to engage more deeply with my audience. It's cleared the clutter n' enhanced the clarity throughout my daily routine, helping me maintain a consistent communication strategy.

  ### 4. Improved efficiency with streamlined email workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elly S. | Operations Manager - IT Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

What stands out for me with lemlist is its ability to really streamline my daily email routines. The platform's intuitive which makes setting up and tweaking campaigns pretty straightforward. By midday, I've usually checked the performance metrics, allowing me to fine-tune emails to better resonate with clients. I love that I can keep my communication consistent and personalized without juggling a ton of tools. The centralized system cuts down on time spent organizing, givin me more room to be creative with my content. It truly enhances my daily productivity.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

I'd improve the template versatility. Currently, it feels a bit rigid when trying to inject creativity into email designs. More flexible options would help craft unique and engaging emails. Enhancing this feature could undoubtedly elevate the platform by allowing more expressive email creation.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before lemlist, email management was a scattered mess—always jumping from one tool to another and feeling like I was just managing chaos. Follow-ups were a nightmare, often left forgotten amidst the cluter. Now, starting the day with a clear plan through lemlist's dashboard means everything makes sense, priorities are clearer. I appreciate how automation handles the repetitive workload, freeing me up to focus on strategy n meaningful interactions. This transition to an all-in-one system has smoothed out the process immensely, reducing stress and improving efficiency.

  ### 5. Keeps email management simple and effective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valeri H. | Digital Process Manager – DACH, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

Lemlist has made managing my email campaigns so much easier with its intuitive design. The platform really streamlines the process of creating sequences tailored to different client needs, letting me dive into strategy without getting bogged down by complex stuff. I can easily modfy campaigns throughout the day, which keeps everything fresh and responsive to feedback. Every morning starts with a glnce at the dashboard, setting the tone for a productive day. It's reassuring to have all the necessary tools centralized, allowing me to focus on crafting content rather than juggling logistics. This ease of use has transformed my workflow, giving me a clearer view of daily objectives.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

I think there could be impovements in the onboarding process for new users. Initially, navigating all the features felt a bit daunting, I took some time to fully grasp everything. More comprehensive tutorials or a guided walkthrough could ease the transition, making it more accessible for beginners. Enhancing the learning curve would help new users become proficient faster, leading to a smoother start with the platform.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dealing with email outreach was a bit of a tangled mess before, with tasks split across numerous platforms leading to missed opportnities and mixed messages. It was hard to keep everything synced, and follow-ups often fell through the cracks. Now that lemlist has centralized my workflow, I start each day with a concise overview from the dashboard making it simpler to prioritize tasks. Automation takes care of routine follow-ups, freeing me to concentrate more on client engagement. This shift has brought clarity to my process, reducing stress and improving communication consistency. The integration of tasks into one coherent system has made a significant diffrence in my productivity.

  ### 6. What really makes it stand out is how well it balances deliverability + personalization+warmup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

Lemlist is easily one of the best tools out there for cold outreach if you’re serious about scaling outbound the right way.

What really makes it stand out is how well it balances deliverability + personalization. Lemwarm does a great job warming up inboxes, which is critical if you’re sending cold emails at scale. On top of that, the level of personalization you can achieve (custom images, videos, dynamic variables) genuinely helps you stand out in crowded inboxes.

The campaign builder is clean and flexible—you can create multi-step sequences combining email, LinkedIn, and follow-ups without it feeling complicated. It’s clearly built for people who actually do outbound daily.

Another big plus is that it focuses on real-world sales problems, not just sending emails. Things like inbox rotation, reply detection, and domain health are handled well.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Downsides? Slight learning curve in the beginning and pricing can feel a bit premium—but honestly, if you’re doing outbound seriously, it’s worth it.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 7. Personalized Outreach That Actually Feels Human

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I like how lemlist focuses on making outreach feel human. The personalization tools work well, especially for adding custom images, videos, and dynamic text that make emails feel written for one person instead of a list. I also like that the team keeps innovating and releasing new features. You can tell they listen to users and keep improving the platform.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The platform takes some time to learn when you first get started. Setting up domains, warming emails, and building the first campaigns can feel a bit complex. The interface has improved, but a few workflows could still be simpler for new users. Once everything is set up though, it works well.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lemlist helps us solve the problem of reaching the right prospects without sending generic mass emails. Before using it, outbound outreach felt time-consuming and hard to personalize at scale. Lemlist lets us create targeted campaigns with personalized images, videos, and messaging, which increases response rates and helps start real conversations with potential customers. It also helps us stay organized with sequences and follow-ups so no leads fall through the cracks.

  ### 8. Great tool for personalised outreach

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

Lemlist has been a great tool for streamlining our outreach and lead generation efforts. The platform makes it easy to personalise campaigns at scale while keeping everything organised in one place. It’s helped save time and improve efficiency when managing outreach for our business.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

A few downsides are that the platform can feel overwhelming at first due to the number of features and settings available. Some advanced features also come at a higher price point, and campaign setup can occasionally take time when managing larger outreach sequences. However, overall it’s still a very effective outreach platform once you get used to the workflow.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lemlist is helping us solve the challenge of managing outreach and lead generation at scale while still keeping communication personalised. It reduces the time spent manually sending emails, organising follow-ups and tracking conversations, which allows us to focus more on building relationships and generating new business opportunities. The automation and personalisation features have helped improve efficiency and make outreach more consistent across campaigns.

  ### 9. Streamlined Campaign Management with Lemlist

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim K. | Strategic Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I like lemlist for its ease of use and how it integrates with our other tools like HubSpot. The ability to use the full suite of LinkedIn messaging and automate things like voice notes, including them in sequences along with views and touches of a specific profile, is particularly beneficial. I also appreciate that it allows us to manage all our sales campaigns in one place and offers numerous data sources to ensure contact information, like phone numbers and emails, are accurate and up to date.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The only thing I would like to see is a link to a LinkedIn profile a bit more prominently within the plugin.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

lemlist helps us find contact details, manage outbound campaigns efficiently, and ensure accurate data, all in one place.

  ### 10. Outstanding!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oliver D. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

The ease and simplicity compared with similar products. The fact that everything is on a single site to take me from Linked In to Outreach. I like the credits system and the clear cost structure of anything you might want to do to your lists.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

I'm actually very happy with Lemlist and it's connectivity to Sales Navigator and Linked In.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's streamlining what used to be a very clunky outreach programme by keeping everything in one place and doing a lot of the email and phone number searches simultaneously. It's given us back a lot of control, visibility and saved a lot of time.

  ### 11. Professional outreach with Lemlist

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

The range of core services for outreach campaigns is of a super professional level, but the difference with other similar products lies in the deliverability aspect and in boosting the chances of getting the email into your lead's inbox, both from a technological standpoint and from the perspective of AI features that accompany your campaigns. Finally, the ready-made templates created by the company or the community are excellent starting points.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

There is a small learning curve to really understand how to use it, but nothing difficult.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me set up effective and professional campaigns both on stagnant leads that I want to re-engage and on new leads that I can identify in a precise manner.

  ### 12. Lots of functionality

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

We’ve only recently started using Lemlist, but so far we’re really impressed.

Getting set up was surprisingly smooth, and the platform feels very intuitive even as new users. One thing that stood out right away is how easy it is to personalize outreach—it's not just basic placeholders, it actually helps make emails feel more thoughtful and relevant.

We’re still exploring all the features, but the campaign builder and analytics already seem super helpful for understanding what’s working and what’s not. The email warm-up feature is another big plus that gives us confidence in deliverability early on.

Overall, it’s been a really positive first experience, and we’re excited to keep learning and getting more out of it.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Nothing yet. Experience has been positive so far

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed of contact with BD and ability to carry out follow ups without getting distracted from other tasks

  ### 13. Outbound that still sounds like a real person

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard H. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

What I enjoy about Lemlist is the way it encourages Human-first outreach. The personalization options feel practical, and the editor makes it easy to keep messages short and punchy. I also appreciate that the app doesn’t overwhelm you with 30 dashboards most of what you need is right where you’d expect.
Support was helpful too Sofia didn’t just paste a help article; she actually explained the why.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Some settings are powerful but not very forgiving small mistakes can affect a whole campaign. I’d like clearer previews for edge cases. Also, the analytics are fine for daily use, but when I want deeper insight, it starts feeling limited.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a reliable way to run outreach without constantly rewriting emails or forgetting follow-ups. Lemlist gave me a repeatable system, one place to build sequences, tailor messaging for different audiences, and keep conversations moving without manual chasing.
It also solved the personalization bottleneck. Instead of spending hours customizing each message, I can personalize the parts that matter and still keep throughput high enough to be meaningful.

  ### 14. A Powerful Tool for Modern Prospecting !

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in International Trade and Development

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I’ve been using Lemlist for my prospecting for a while now, and honestly, it’s a fantastic tool!

It’s very easy to get started, even if you’re not an expert in cold emailing, and the features are really powerful. I especially like the advanced personalization, which helps create more human and engaging messages. You can clearly see the impact on reply rates.

The interface is intuitive, the automations are well-designed, and it integrates smoothly with other tools. It has become a real time-saver in my daily workflow.

I highly recommend Lemlist to anyone looking to improve their outreach in an efficient and modern way 🚀

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The email search capabilities are useful and easy to use. That said, I do feel like the search could sometimes go further and uncover even more contacts.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making prospecting easier.

  ### 15. Personalization that actually changes replies, not just opens

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyssa T. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I’ve used tools where personalization is basically cosmetic. With Lemlist, it can be meaningful when you use it well. I like how easy it is to tailor messages per segment and keep the sequence readable. The interface makes it hard to get lost, even with multiple steps.
It feels built for iteration.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

There are moments where the UI hides important settings a bit too well, so newer users can miss something obvious. I’d also like more context in the performance dashboard. Pricing can be a stretch if you’re only running occasional campaigns.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our issue wasn’t sending volume it was relevance. Prospects were opening but not answering. Lemlist helped us build smarter sequences with conditional messaging and better personalization so each persona got a more appropriate angle.
It also solved the “campaign drift” problem: reps tweaking things ad hoc. We standardized what worked, then intentionally tested new variants. Over time, that tightened our messaging loop and made outbound results more predictable instead of random spikes and dips.

  ### 16. Solid tool for RevOps-minded outbound

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca F. | Business Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

Lemlist feels structured in a way I appreciate as a RevOps person. Lists, sequences, and performance are organized enough to keep campaigns from turning into chaos. Personalization is strong, and the platform doesn’t force you into one rigid workflow.
It’s easier to keep standards across the team.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

I’d love more granular permissions and roles. Analytics could also be more customizable without exports. Finally, when integrating with other systems, the “last mile” can take work more native sync options and clearer data mapping would be a big improvement.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed repeatable outbound processes with fewer human errors. Lemlist helped us centralize sequences, keep follow-ups consistent, and reduce random one-off messaging that was impossible to track.
It also helped us separate segments properly different messaging for different ICPs without managing five different spreadsheets and hoping reps followed them. On top of that, deliverability became less of a mystery because we started controlling pacing and warming instead of blasting from day one.

  ### 17. Great for tiny teams doing a lot with limited bandwidth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua A. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

We’re a small team and needed a tool that doesn’t require a dedicated ops person. Lemlist hits that sweet spot, simple enough to launch quickly, but flexible when you want to get fancy with personalization. The campaign layout is clean and it’s easy to see what’s happening at a glance.
The overall experience feels “battle-tested.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Some advanced personalization features can feel a bit intimidating at first, and I wish there were more guided examples in-product. The template library is good, but managing lots of variants gets messy over time. Also, a lightweight mobile view for checking campaign status would be a nice quality-of-life improvement.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our problem was time. Writing outreach manually meant we either sent too few emails or we rushed and quality dropped. Lemlist let us standardize our sequences and automate follow-ups so we didn’t lose warm prospects just because we got busy.
It also helped us run structured experiments: different angles for different segments, quick iteration on subject lines, and a consistent process for measuring what changed. Instead of arguing over opinions, we could actually test.

  ### 18. A surprisingly practical outbound workspace

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alix A. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

Lemlist feels like it was built for people who actually run campaigns every week, not just demo them. The sequence builder is fast, and the personalization options go beyond the usual “first name + company.” I also like that it nudges you to think about deliverability early instead of after things go wrong.
It’s been easy to onboard new reps without a giant SOP doc.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The reporting is useful, but I still end up exporting when I want deeper cuts . I’d also love more “safe mode” controls for team environments so junior reps can’t accidentally change global settings. Minor UI friction here and there, but nothing that blocks day-to-day use.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had two recurring issues which are inconsistent follow-ups and template fatigue. Lemlist fixed both by making follow-ups automatic and giving us better ways to personalize at scale custom snippets, conditional messaging, and richer variables for different personas.
It also helped us stop guessing around sending volume and inbox placement. Once we tightened pacing and warmed things properly, our campaigns became more stable, which made forecasting outbound results much less stressful.

  ### 19. Made partnership outreach feel intentional again

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ariel D. | Business Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

Lemlist is great when you’re doing outreach that can’t feel spammy like partnerships. I like the personalization depth and the ability to build sequences that mix touches . The UI is straightforward, and it’s easy to see what’s queued next.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

I wish it were easier to keep a clean single “account view” when multiple people are reaching out to the same org. Some settings are a bit scattered . Also, the first time setup can feel like a lot if you’re not used to outbound tooling.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Partnership outreach is slow if you’re doing it manually, but risky if you automate it too aggressively. Lemlist helped us systematize the process while still keeping messages personal, intro email, follow-up with a custom note, LinkedIn touchpoint, and a gentle final ping.
It also solved pipeline visibility for outreach who we contacted, when, and which angle we used. That alone reduced duplicate outreach and awkward double-emails to the same company.

  ### 20. Great for BDR managers who want consistency without micromanaging

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michèle D. | Regional Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

Lemlist helped me get our outbound into a repeatable system. Building sequences is quick, and it’s easy for reps to follow the process without constant coaching. I like that it supports personalization in a way that still scales.
Less chasing people, more running experiments.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

I’d love more coaching-oriented features. Also, managing lots of templates and variants becomes cluttered over time. Finally, there should be clearer warnings when changing a sequence that’s already running.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled with rep consistency: some followed up, some didn’t; some used great copy, others didn’t. Lemlist solved that by giving us a shared baseline sequence and automated follow-ups, so effort became more even across the team.
It also helped us control ramping. When we increased outbound activity, we had a clearer framework for pacing and deliverability practices, so we didn’t nuke inbox placement. The net result was fewer dropped leads and a smoother outbound rhythm.

  ### 21. Simple. Easy. Fast to start <3

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

Lemlist is clearly one of the best B2B outbound tools on the market. The interface is simple, intuitive, and designed for action. The advanced email personalization allows for the creation of truly differentiating campaigns. The integration of LinkedIn + email in the same workflow is a real time-saver. The email enrichment and verification system is reliable and effective. Sequences are easy to structure and optimize. The tracking is clear, usable, and performance-oriented. You can tell the tool was designed by people who actually do outbound. Very good support and comprehensive documentation. For any serious prospecting strategy, it's a 10/10.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Nothing, the experience was great, maybe you could be a little cheaper for startups.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lemlist solves the problem of low-response cold outreach by enabling highly personalized, multi-channel campaigns at scale. It centralizes email, LinkedIn, and follow-ups into structured workflows with reliable tracking and deliverability tools. As a result, it helps us generate more qualified conversations, faster, with better visibility on performance and ROI.

  ### 22. Eazy Peazy Lemon Squeezy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

What really stands out about Lemlist is how it stops cold emails from actually feeling cold.

If I had to pick the absolute best parts, it boils down to two things:

Next-level personalization: Instead of just swapping out a basic {{FirstName}} tag, you can automatically generate custom images (like putting a prospect's name on a coffee mug), dynamic landing pages, and tailored videos for every single lead. It makes your outreach look hand-crafted rather than blasted to a giant list.

The "lemwarm" feature: No matter how good your email copy is, it’s useless if it lands in the spam folder. Their built-in deliverability booster keeps your domain safe and ensures your emails actually hit the primary inbox.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

It is not user friendly. I had to take 3 onboarding calls to figure most of the features out

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves mass email campaigns and connection requests on Linkedin.

  ### 23. Clean, User-Friendly UI with Surprisingly Intuitive AI Help

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris R. | Senior SDR, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

Very user friendly, clean UI and things where you'd expect them to be! The AI help it is surprisingly good and intuitive

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

There could be some deeper filtering options available on other platforms (hiring for specific roles, funding stages not just 'been funded', better breakdown of industries/verticals)

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

List building, contact sequencing. The API is useful as I can create and tweak everything directly from Claude (I do it via composio but it's very fast and efficient)

  ### 24. Founder

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

The ability to highly personalize LinkedIn outreach at scale. For a student-led project like StudentConnect, it’s crucial to sound like a peer and not a bot, and Lemlist’s variables make that easy.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The learning curve can be a bit steep at first. With so many advanced features, it takes some time to fully understand how to set up a perfect multi-channel sequence without feeling overwhelmed.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

"Lemlist solves the manual grind of multichannel prospecting by automating LinkedIn visits, invites, and follow-ups in a single, cohesive sequence. For my project, StudentConnect, this is a game-changer because it allows me to reach out to 200+ potential tutors personally without spending hours every day on manual outreach. The built-in safety limits also protect my LinkedIn account from being flagged, giving me peace of mind while I scale our tutor network.

  ### 25. Lemlist's positive impact on scaling

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

One of the standout features for us is their reporting—especially the widget tools, which make it easy to present clear data to various stakeholders, giving many team members unrestricted ease of access to essential data without extra manual work.

Another major advantage is the ability to manage LinkedIn, calls, and email outreach all in one platform. Having everything centralized saves time and reduces complexity across campaigns. On top of that, Lemlist integrates smoothly with the rest of our tech stack, making it easy to fit into our existing workflows without friction.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Credit pricing can always be improved, more offerings for discounts on bulk purchases can always help a cost conscience team

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

scaling and managing outreach. increasing our MRR/ARR significantly

  ### 26. Multichannel outreach that actually saves time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Timothy C. | Chief Innovation and Strategy Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

Multichannel outreach that actually saves time
I run a five-step sequence every Wednesday for 30 new candidates combining email, a LinkedIn connection request, and a scheduled call task. Hyper-personalization tokens and the AI rewrite tool cut down manual edits, and native enrichment means I rarely leave the platform to find contact details. Support has been quick and practical — Aleksandra helped me tune a warm-up routine during onboarding.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

When I'm traveling and need to triage replies between calls, the mobile experience is usable but clunky — I can't quickly filter threads, paste templates, or reassign messages without switching to a laptop, which forces me to delay timely follow-ups and slows candidate engagement during the day.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to juggle my inbox, LinkedIn tabs, and a spreadsheet; now I queue, automate, and track outreach from one place. Each morning I open the shared inbox to triage replies from yesterday's 40-contact campaign and assign follow-ups to teammates. That change stopped leads from slipping through when someone is out, increased reply rates thanks to intent-based follow-ups and deliverability tools, and made outbound more predictable. The trade-off is a bit more upfront time building sequences and warming domains before you scale.

  ### 27. Made outbound less stressful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura S. | Regional Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

Lemlist is the tool I open when I want a clear plan, not just a send button. I like how it makes sequences feel structured and easy to maintain. Personalization is flexible, but it doesn’t force you into cheesy gimmicks.
Small thing, big impact: the UI makes it harder to lose track of what’s live.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

I’d like more built-in guardrails for editing active campaigns. The analytics are fine day-to-day but could offer better trend comparisons across time ranges. Navigation gets busy when you have many campaigns.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled with two things, keeping campaigns consistent across weeks and avoiding “random” execution. Lemlist solved that by turning outreach into a repeatable routine sequences, steps, and timing are explicit and trackable.
It also helped us coordinate handoffs when a rep is out: campaigns don’t stall because the next person can see the exact process and context inside the tool.

  ### 28. Great all-in-one tool for scaling partner outreach and maintaining deliverability

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Inna L. | Global Partnerships Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

The "all-in-one" nature of the platform is a huge win for us. Being able to handle cold outreach, automated follow-ups, and email warmups (via lemwarm) within a single dashboard saves us a significant amount of time. The automation workflows are intuitive and make it easy to scale our efforts without losing the quality of our campaigns.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

While the multi-channel approach is great, I’d love to see more granular customization for LinkedIn actions. Currently, the options feel a bit limited compared to the email side of the tool.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lemlist solves the two biggest hurdles in our growth strategy: email deliverability and manual outreach fatigue. By using the warmup features, we ensure our partner outreach actually lands in the inbox. It has allowed us to automate the heavy lifting of initial contact, freeing up our team to focus on closing partnerships rather than manual data entry.

  ### 29. Makes partner outreach fast, clear and easy to repeat

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Margaux C. | Creative Director of Brand Strategy, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I can set up a clean sequence and keep track of every conversation. I pull prospects from LinkedIn, drop them into a multichannel flow, and each morning I just follow the tasks in my queue instead of digging through my inbox. Personalisation is simple enough that I can adapt the message to each partner type without spending hours rewriting everything. Any time I have a doubt about setup or best practices, Miona from customer support has been very responsive and clear, which makes me much more confident in what we launch.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

I would like a slightly more compact overview when I manage several partner campaigns at once, so I can compare them at a glance without exporting data. It is a small wish rather than a real problem though. For my day to day work, lemlist does exactly what I need, so it is a genuine five out of five from me.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It centralizes multichannel outreach, enforces consistent follow ups, and saves time while increasing replies and booked meetings.

  ### 30. Lightweight but powerful sales engagement for everyday use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew B. | Policy Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

All is good for Email / Linkedin and task management for my agency. On top of that, interactions with Miona in Customer Support have been genuinely helpful and down-to-earth, which makes rollout and troubleshooting much less stressful.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

I’d love to see a bit more depth around native lead scoring and some lighter, mobile-friendly views for handling replies on the go. Those are “nice to have” improvements rather than real blockers though

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Each prospect enters a defined journey, every touchpoint is logged, and we can see how many meetings and opportunities come from each sequence, market or message. That makes it much easier to decide what to stop, what to scale, and where to invest more effort.

It also fixes a skills and experience gap in the team. Not everyone is an outbound expert, but lemlist gives us proven templates, best-practice cadences, and guardrails on volume and deliverability. New joiners don’t have to “invent” a way of doing outbound

  ### 31. Super leads generation software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

What I like best about lemlist is its strong focus on personalization and deliverability. It makes it easy to create highly customized outreach at scale, which helps increase response rates and build more genuine connections. The interface is intuitive, and the ability to manage multichannel campaigns, track performance, and optimize sequences in one place makes it a very efficient tool for outbound prospecting. It saves time while still allowing a very human approach to outreach.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

One thing I dislike about lemlist is that some advanced features can take time to fully understand and set up, especially for new users. The learning curve can be a bit steep when trying to optimize campaigns, personalization variables, and integrations. Additionally, certain limits and pricing tiers can feel restrictive when scaling outreach, and occasional delays in synchronization or campaign updates can affect workflow efficiency.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

lemlist solves the main challenges of outbound prospecting by making it easier to find leads, personalize outreach, and automate follow-ups across multiple channels. Instead of manually searching for contacts, writing individual emails, and managing conversations across different platforms, lemlist centralizes everything in one place. This saves significant time and reduces repetitive manual work.

It also improves deliverability and ensures emails reach prospects’ inboxes rather than spam folders, which increases the chances of getting replies. The personalization features allow me to send tailored messages at scale, helping create more meaningful interactions and improving response rates.

Overall, lemlist benefits me by making outreach more efficient, organized, and scalable, while helping me generate more conversations, opportunities, and potential business growth.

  ### 32. Took our emails out of spam and into real conversations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher M. | Guest Relations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

The best part of lemlist for us has been the deliverability and structure. We followed their warm-up, domain and sending recommendations and saw a clear jump in opens and replies compared to our previous setup. On top of that, sequences make it easy to mix email and LinkedIn in one simple flow, so reps don’t have to think about “what do I do next?” all day long. It’s also a big plus that the UI is very clean – new team members understand it in a couple of days.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The only thing I’d improve is the depth of analytics for people who love to slice data in many ways. The current reports are totally fine for everyday management, but when we want very detailed views by segment or country, we still export a bit. That said, for ease of use, deliverability gains and day-to-day productivity,

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

emlist mainly solves our problem of sending a lot of outreach without being sure it was the right outreach. Before, we were basically doing “bulk cold email” with very little targeting or prioritisation: big lists, generic copy, and then hoping something sticks. There was no real link between what people did (opened, clicked, visited the site) and what happened next. Everyone more or less got the same follow-up, whether they were interested or not.

With lemlist, our outbound is now driven by intent instead of volume. Sequences react to what prospects do: if someone opens several times or clicks, they go down a different path than someone who never engages. We can focus effort on warm signals instead of spending time chasing completely cold contacts. That has two big benefits for us:

the team’s time is used on the most promising leads instead of spread thin on everyone,

and our messaging feels more relevant and respectful from the prospect’s point of view, which directly improves reply rates and the quality of conversations we’re having.

  ### 33. Exactly the level of structure our small SaaS team needed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Haley P. | Human Resources Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

lemlist gives us a proper outbound engine without feeling like an “enterprise monster”. We build simple multichannel sequences, plug leads in, and the team just follows the daily tasks instead of living in spreadsheets. It’s very clear who is being contacted, on which channel, and when the next touch is due. The built-in data + LinkedIn extension make it easy to test new segments quickly. Whenever we’ve had questions, Miona on Customer Support has been quick, friendly and very hands-on, which made adoption much smoother.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

I’d love a bit more flexibility in dashboards when we want to quickly compare a few sequences or personas side by side, without exporting anything. It’s a minor limitation though

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With lemlist, a big part of that operational mess is handled automatically: leads go into a clear multistep sequence, follow-ups are scheduled, and each rep starts the day with a focused to-do list (emails to send, LinkedIn actions to do, replies to handle). That frees up time and headspace to work on what really matters better targeting, better messaging, and better callsand that’s what ends up driving more meetings and more pipeline for us.

  ### 34. Simple, human, and actually built for outbound

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caroline R. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I like that lemlist makes outbound feel straightforward instead of heavy. We can grab leads from their database or LinkedIn, drop them into a multichannel sequence, and reps just follow their daily tasks without juggling spreadsheets and multiple tools. Personalisation (variables, images, small tweaks per segment) is easy enough that the team actually uses it. Support has been excellent as well – Arijana from Customer Support has always given fast, practical answers when we were unsure about setup or best practices.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The only thing I miss is more flexible reporting when we want to slice results by many criteria (market, persona, channel) without exporting data. It’s not a blocker at all, but it’s the one area where I see room for improvement. For everything else – ease of use, speed, and results

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With lemlist, we treat these tests like small, repeatable experiments. We spin up a targeted list, build a sequence just for that hypothesis, and track replies and meetings in one view. If something works, we turn it into a standard playbook; if it doesn’t, we kill it and move on. The benefit is that we iterate much faster: less time setting things up, more time learning what resonates, and a clearer link between “tests we run” and pipeline we generate.

  ### 35. The first outbound tool that doesn’t slow us down

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie J. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I love how quickly we can go from idea to live campaign. We pull a list from the built-in database or LinkedIn, enrich it, and launch a multichannel sequence in minutes instead of juggling three tools and a spreadsheet. The UI is clean, reps know exactly what to do each day, and the deliverability features mean we’re not constantly worrying about burning a domain. Support has also been great – Aleksa from Customer Support has helped us more than once with clear, no-nonsense advice.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The only thing I’d really improve is deeper, more flexible reporting for power users – sometimes we still export data to analyse performance by segment or market. Apart from that, it does exactly what we need, which is why it’s an easy 5/5 for us.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

lemlist mostly fixes our issue of onboarding new people into outbound without restarting from zero every time. Before, when a new SDR or AE joined, we had to explain our ICP, share scattered templates in Google Docs, forward a few “good emails,” and hope they’d figure out their own routine in Gmail and LinkedIn. Ramp-up was slow and very dependent on who trained them.

Now, all of our proven sequences, messages, and cadences live directly in lemlist. A new rep logs in, picks the right sequences for their segment, and is operational in a couple of days instead of a couple of weeks. Because performance is tracked at the sequence level, we can see where they struggle and coach them with concrete data rather than vague feedback. The benefit is simple: new hires reach quota faster, managers spend less time rebuilding “how we do outbound here,” and our outreach quality stays consistent even as the team changes.

  ### 36. Modern sales engagement platform with a few gaps for advanced teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacqueline N. | City Project Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

What I like best about lemlist is that it turned outbound into a daily routine we can actually stick to, instead of a big project everyone keeps postponing. As a founder, I don’t have time for complex setups, and lemlist has a very “plug-and-play” feel: we define a target, build a sequence in a few minutes, and the platform quietly keeps things moving in the background.

The way everything connects is what really stands out. We can pull prospects from their database or from LinkedIn with the Chrome extension, enrich them, and drop them straight into a sequence without living in spreadsheets. The interface is clear enough that I can see, at a glance, how many people are entering the top of the funnel, where they are in the journey, and how many demos it’s turning into. It feels less like campaign management and more like running a small, efficient machine.

I also really appreciate the attitude of the team behind the product. When I had questions about how to structure sequences for different countries and mailboxes, Aleksa from Customer Support didn’t just answer “how” but also “why”, sharing practical tips that clearly came from seeing lots of real-world setups. That kind of guidance makes a big difference when you’re not an email or deliverability expert.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

There isn’t anything that would stop me from recommending it, but there are a couple of small things I notice as a power user. As soon as you start running several sequences for different audiences, you sometimes wish you could build more tailored overview screens – for example, a dashboard focused only on new market tests, or only on “warm” reactivation campaigns. You can get the numbers, but I’d love even more flexibility in how they’re presented.

I’d also be happy to see a few more “founder-oriented” playbooks out of the box (e.g. investor outreach, partnership outreach, beta user recruitment), even though the existing templates are a good starting point. That said, these are minor wish-list items. For day-to-day use, lemlist gives me exactly what I wanted: a straightforward way to keep outbound running consistently, with results I can actually track, which is why it’s a 5/5 for me.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

lemlist is mainly solving our problem of running coordinated outbound across several people and time zones without losing control. Before, SDRs and AEs were each doing their own outreach from their inbox and LinkedIn account, and it was very hard to keep track of who had contacted which account, in which language, and with what follow-up plan. When you add different regions (US, EMEA, APAC) into the mix, it quickly became messy and we were constantly worried about overlapping or missing opportunities.

With lemlist, we’ve moved that into one shared system. We can build separate sequences for each region or language, set sending windows that match local time zones, and assign tasks so it’s clear who owns which part of the outreach. Everyone sees the same timeline of touches (emails, LinkedIn actions, manual steps), so there’s no confusion about what has already been done and what comes next.

It also solves a handover and collaboration issue between SDRs and AEs. When an SDR books a meeting or gets an interesting reply, the whole conversation history is in one place, and the AE can quickly understand the context instead of scrolling through forwarded emails and screenshots. That makes handoffs smoother, reduces “what’s the story with this account?” calls, and gives prospects a more professional experience.

The benefit is that our outbound motion now feels coordinated and scalable instead of fragmented: we can run campaigns in multiple markets at the same time, with different people involved, and still trust that the process is clear, traceable, and under control.

  ### 37. The right balance between automation and genuine outreach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barbara S. | Pastry Chef, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

The sequence builder makes it simple to map out a full journey—first touch, soft follow-ups, LinkedIn nudges, manual tasks—while the personalization options (custom fields, images, conditional text) keep the messages sounding like they were written for a real person, not a list. For a small team, that combination is priceless: we get scale and quality.

The built-in database and Chrome extension are also game changers. We can identify a new niche, grab relevant contacts from LinkedIn, enrich them with verified emails, and drop them straight into a tailored sequence in one sitting. That agility has completely changed how we test new markets.

I also appreciate how opinionated lemlist is about good practices. Between the Academy content, templates, and in-app guidance, you feel like the product is nudging you toward doing outbound “the right way” instead of just spamming people. It makes onboarding new reps much easier because they’re not starting from a blank page.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

There’s nothing serious enough to knock it below 5/5, but there are a couple of things I’d love to see evolve. When you’re running many sequences at once, the main views can feel a bit crowded, and having more saved filters or customizable dashboards per role (SDR vs manager) would make navigation smoother.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lemlist has mostly solved our problem of having outbound that was either “too basic” or “too heavy”. We were stuck between lightweight tools that could only send simple cold-email blasts, and big enterprise platforms that required a full-time admin to do anything. In both cases, we ended up with underused software and reps going back to their own Gmail + LinkedIn routines. lemlist gave us a middle ground: structured multichannel outreach that’s powerful enough for a serious process, but simple enough for the team to actually use every day.

  ### 38. Solid outbound layer on top of our CRM, with room to grow on analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cathy A. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

The UX is very approachable for the team: the sequence view is clear, the Chrome extension makes it easy to grab prospects from LinkedIn, and the built-in database helps us quickly test new markets without needing another data vendor. Personalisation (custom fields, conditions, images) is enough to keep campaigns feeling human. And when we’ve been unsure about setup or best practices, Aleksa from Customer Support has been genuinely helpful and responsive, which made rollout smoother than with other tools we’ve tried.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The only other drawback is cost as you scale: once you add several users, higher volumes and more enrichment, lemlist is clearly not the cheapest option in the stack. For us the time saved and the smoother outbound workflow justify it

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, sequences, templates and ideas were scattered across inboxes, Notion pages and old documents. That meant every new rep was basically rebuilding outbound from scratch, and we couldn’t really say “this is our playbook for this market/persona”. With lemlist, our cadences, messages and tests all live in one place, so we finally have a proper outbound library that the whole team uses and improves together.

It also fixes a quality and consistency issue. We used to notice big differences in tone and structure from one rep to another, which isn’t great for the brand and makes results hard to compare. Now we design sequences centrally, give reps room to personalize, and use the performance data to refine things instead of guessing. That’s made our outreach more coherent and easier to coach.

  ### 39. A great all-in-one prospecting tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Catherine E. | Renewable Energy Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

The interface is intuitive enough that new team members can start sending campaigns quickly, and the sequence builder is very visual — emails, LinkedIn steps and manual tasks all sit in one clear timeline. Personalisation is strong without being overkill: custom fields, conditions and images are enough to make our messages feel tailored, even when we’re running larger campaigns.

I also really appreciate the support side. When we had questions about how to structure campaigns across several client accounts and domains, Aleksandra (CSM) took the time to walk through our setup and share concrete recommendations, not just generic “best practices”. That saved us a lot of trial and error.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

We’d love more agency-oriented features out of the box, like easier cross-campaign reporting, simple client-facing dashboards, or clearer separation of workspaces without having to hack things with naming conventions.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, lemlist solved a very concrete problem: we were spending more time setting up outreach than actually doing it. We had to pull leads from one tool, clean them in a spreadsheet, import them into another tool for emails, then manually do LinkedIn on the side. Every step was an opportunity to make mistakes, duplicate people, or simply give up because it was too much admin. With lemlist, we can find leads, enrich them, and launch multichannel sequences from the same place, so campaigns go from idea to execution much faster and with far fewer manual steps.

It also fixed a coordination problem inside the team. Before, nobody had the same view of what was going on: one person had their own list, another had a different version, and nobody knew exactly how many touches a prospect had received. lemlist gives us a single timeline for each contact (emails, LinkedIn actions, tasks), so it’s clear what’s been done and what’s next. That makes handovers easier, reduces “oops, I already contacted them” moments, and gives managers a realistic view of the activity.

The direct benefit is that outbound feels lighter and more predictable. Reps stop wasting energy on copy-paste work and focus on conversations. We launch more campaigns with the same headcount, we lose far fewer leads along the way, and we can actually learn from what we do instead of restarting from scratch every month.

  ### 40. Practical, modern outreach tool that keeps our team on track

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha P. | Healthcare Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

lemlist is how practical it is for day-to-day outreach. Our SDRs open it in the morning and instantly know what to do: which emails to send, who to nudge on LinkedIn, which replies to handle. There’s no need to jump between several tools or guess what the next step should be. The visual sequence builder makes it easy to design a path with emails, LinkedIn steps and manual tasks, and everyone follows the same logic.

The built-in B2B database and enrichment are also very handy. We can build targeted lists directly inside lemlist, verify emails, and push leads into campaigns without wrestling with spreadsheets. Personalization (custom fields, images, conditional content) is powerful enough that our messages don’t feel like mass blasts.

Support has been a real plus too. Any time we’ve been unsure about configuration or best practices, Arijana from Customer Support has been quick to respond with clear, concrete answers instead of generic links, which made rollout for the team much smoother.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The reporting is fine for everyday monitoring, but when you want more sophisticated breakdowns (for example, comparing multiple personas, markets or angles inside one dashboard), you end up exporting data to dig deeper.

Pricing is another point to watch. It’s fair for what the platform offers, but as soon as you add more users, multichannel steps and enrichment, it can start to feel a bit tight for smaller teams.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

That made it impossible to guarantee a minimum quality, almost impossible to enforce brand tone, and very hard to train new hires. With lemlist, we’ve turned that into one shared playbook: sequences, messaging and cadence are all defined in the platform, so everyone follows the same structure and we can improve it centrally instead of rep by rep.

  ### 41. With the CMP and AI, Lemlist becomes the essential outreach tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon M. | Head of growth freelance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

Lemlist was already exceptional, I have been a user as a freelancer for other companies and also on some projects for 6 years now, but since the addition of the CMP and AI features, it has become by far the best outreach tool.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Sincerely, no inconvenience in my opinion, the signal features were missing but they are coming little by little.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lemlist allows me to streamline all outbound operations at a large scale

  ### 42. Outbound that scales with your stack

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

The API—we can set up and maintain campaigns, leads, and CRM data without manual clicks. The UI is straightforward to navigate, and onboarding with Jovana PAPAZ was excellent.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

No API to delete or bulk-clean CRM contacts/companies — we lost a lot of time fixing lists manually in the UI instead of automating cleanup like the rest of our workflow.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It centralizes email + LinkedIn outbound with sequences, variables, and campaign logic in one system. We benefit from running outreach at scale through the API—syncing contacts, assigning campaigns, and keeping lists current—instead of manual CRM work, which makes our B2B prospecting faster and more consistent.

  ### 43. Makes outbound painless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I can set up a clear sequence once, then lemlist runs in the background while I focus on product and calls. I pull leads from LinkedIn, drop them into a campaign, and every morning I just follow the tasks in my queue. When I got stuck on domains and tracking, Aleksa from customer support walked me through everything in plain language.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Slightly more compact view to monitor several small campaigns at once, without exporting anything. It is a small detail though, overall lemlist gives me a reliable way to keep outbound running without needing a full sales team, so it is a solid five out of five.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

lemlist fixes our messy outbound workflow by centralizing email and LinkedIn, automating structured follow ups, and handling deliverability. We spend less time on spreadsheets and manual reminders, and more time speaking with qualified prospects, which directly increases replies, meetings, and pipeline predictability.

  ### 44. Makes it realistic to do high-quality outbound with a small team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claude R. | Human Resources Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

lemlist makes good outbound realistic, even for a small team. We don’t have a huge SDR army, so every hour matters. With lemlist, we can build one solid sequence, plug in our leads, and let the platform handle timing, reminders and multichannel steps instead of chasing tasks in spreadsheets and calendars.
I also really appreciate the way the team interacts with customers. The few times I needed help, Arijana from Customer Support was friendly, clear, and actually tried to understand what we were trying to achieve before suggesting anything. That kind of attitude makes a big difference when you’re setting things up under time pressure.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

There isn’t anything that would stop me from recommending it, but there are a couple of small things I’d improve. The first time you log in with several sequences, inboxes and teammates, the interface can feel a bit “busy” until you learn where everything lives. After a week or two it’s fine, but a slightly more guided view for new users would help.

I’d also love a few more built-in “starter packs” for different business models (SaaS, agencies, services, etc.) so you can launch your first serious campaigns even faster. That said, these are minor wishes rather than real problems.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

lemlist helped us fix a very concrete problem: our team was spending a lot of time “doing outreach” but not building a real, clean pipeline. We were buying data, exporting lists, sending campaigns from different tools, and at the end of the month it was hard to say what had actually turned into meetings and opportunities. Leads were touched once, maybe twice, then forgotten because nobody had a clear system to ensure consistent follow-up.

  ### 45. Gives our lean team “big league” outbound capabilities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria Pol B. | Business Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

What I like best about lemlist is that it lets a small team operate like a much bigger outbound organization. We can go from “idea” to a live multichannel sequence in a couple of hours: we pull a list from the built-in B2B database, enrich contacts, add a few prospects from LinkedIn with the Chrome extension, and plug everyone straight into email + LinkedIn + task steps without touching a spreadsheet.

The day-to-day experience for reps is very clear: they log into lemlist and see exactly which emails to send, which LinkedIn actions to do, and which replies to handle. The tool handles timing and follow-ups, so they’re not constantly bouncing between inbox, CRM and random notes. Personalization is also genuinely usable at scale – dynamic fields, personalized images, even small variations in copy – without turning every campaign into a technical project.

I also really value the onboarding and guidance. The Academy content, templates and in-product tips make it easy to give new SDRs a concrete starting point. And when we need help, Miona from Customer Support has been fantastic – fast replies, very practical advice, and a real understanding of how outbound works in the real world, not just in theory.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

here isn’t anything that would keep me from recommending it, but there are a few “nice to have” improvements I’d love to see as we keep scaling. I’d like more granular roles and permissions for bigger teams, so we can better separate what SDRs, managers and admins can change. A more advanced layer for A/B testing (especially across whole sequences, not just subject lines) and native lead scoring would also be useful as we get more data.

That said, these are future-facing wishes rather than real pain points. For what matters most – running structured, human outbound with a small team and actually learning from what we do

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

lemlist solves a very concrete problem for us: we had a lot of outbound activity, but almost no control over “when” and “how much” each rep was doing. Some people would batch 200 cold emails on a Monday, others spread a few messages over the week, and nobody had a clear view of the real workload or the pressure we were putting on our domains and prospects. With lemlist, we’ve moved to structured, paced sequences where volumes, timings and touchpoints are defined ahead of time. That keeps outreach sustainable for both the team and our sending infrastructure.

  ### 46. The only outbound tool my reps genuinely like using

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julie L. | Souscripteur en Assurance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

What I like best about lemlist is how fast my team went from “trying a new tool” to actually living in it every day. The UI is clean, sequences are visual, and reps immediately understand what’s going out, what’s coming back, and what they need to do next. There’s no sense of “fighting the software” like we’ve had with some heavier enterprise tools.

The combination of features is spot on for a modern sales team:

we can build multichannel sequences (email + LinkedIn + manual tasks) in a few minutes,

personalization (variables, images, conditions) is strong without being over-engineered,

and the built-in B2B database + enrichment means we spend less time chasing data in other tools.

I also really appreciate the learning resources and guidance. Between the lemlist Academy, in-app tips and templates, it’s very easy to onboard new SDRs and give them a clear, concrete playbook from day one. And whenever we hit a question, Aleksandra (CSM) has been excellent at helping us refine sequences and challenge our approach, not just showing us where to click.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

There’s nothing major that would make me drop the rating, but there are a couple of things I’d like to see evolve as we grow: more role-based dashboards (for example, lighter views for SDRs and more strategic views for managers), and even deeper analytics for “power users” who want to slice performance by persona, market, and message angle without exporting data.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

lemlist solves a big alignment problem between marketing and sales. Before, marketing was writing “nice” outreach copy in decks and docs, while sales was rewriting everything on the fly in their own inbox. There was no single version of our outbound strategy, and it was almost impossible to know which messages were actually driving meetings. With lemlist, we build and store our sequences in one place, so everyone uses the same playbooks, and when something works, we can roll it out to the whole team in a few clicks.

  ### 47. A very complete outbound tool that makes prospecting feel manageable again

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brigitte P. | Nurse Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

The interface is surprisingly friendly for non-technical users. Our reps quickly understood how to build and follow sequences, schedule tasks, and personalize their messages without needing extensive technical training. The advanced personalization (images, variables, conditional content) is available when we want to delve deeper, but the basics are simple enough that the team actually uses them in day-to-day outreach.

I also want to highlight the support side: interactions with Aleksa – Customer Support have been excellent. He took the time to walk us through some more advanced settings and helped us avoid a few mistakes with domains and sending limits. That kind of hands-on help makes a big difference when you’re setting up a tool that affects your reputation and deliverability.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The point is pricing. For what you get, it’s not unreasonable, but once you add multiple users, multichannel features and enrichment, it’s clearly not the cheapest option on the market. For us the time saved and the all-in-one aspect justify it, but smaller teams need to think about how much of the feature set they will actually use.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before lemlist, we were jumping between a data provider, LinkedIn, an email tool, and spreadsheets just to launch one campaign. Every handoff (export/import CSVs, copy-paste lists, manual updates) was a potential mistake and a huge time sink. With lemlist, we can find leads, enrich them, then engage them in multichannel sequences from the same place. That means less friction, fewer errors, and campaigns that are much quicker to launch.

  ### 48. Helps us run outbound like a real growth engine, not an afterthought

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arnaude B. | Chief Innovation and Strategy Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

The multichannel side is very well thought out: email, LinkedIn actions and manual tasks are all in one timeline, so reps aren’t guessing what to do next. Reply detection and intent signals also work reliably, which means people who show interest are fast-tracked instead of continuing down a generic follow-up path. Integrations with our CRM and Slack keep everyone aligned without forcing reps to log activities all day.

On top of that, I’ve had a great experience with Aleksa from Customer Support. Any time we hit a question about a more advanced use case, he’s been quick to answer and willing to walk through the logic with us, not just send a link to an article.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The point is more of a UX wish: when you have many campaigns and team members, the main views can feel a bit crowded. Some extra layout options or saved filters for different roles (SDR, manager, ops) would make navigation even smoother

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves a communication gap between the team and management. Reps see exactly what they need to do each day, while managers see which messages, channels and cadences drive pipeline. That shared visibility means coaching is based on real data instead of gut feeling, and planning is more realistic. The benefit for us is clear: outbound feels less like “spray and pray” and much more like a predictable growth lever we can adjust and scale with confidence.

  ### 49. Keeps our outbound organized and our team aligned

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Travis W. | Director of Strategic Communications and Brand Partnerships, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

I really appreciate how easy it is to iterate on campaigns. We clone a sequence, tweak the steps, swap a few messages, and immediately see how it performs compared to the original. The built-in enrichment and B2B database make list building much faster, and the deliverability features mean we aren’t constantly worrying about ending up in spam.

On top of the product itself, the support has been genuinely helpful. The times I’ve interacted with Miona from Customer Support, she’s been clear, patient, and very pragmatic in her advice, which makes a big difference when you’re moving fast.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

There isn’t anything major I’d call a deal-breaker, but there are a couple of things I’d love to see improved as we keep scaling. When you manage a lot of sequences at once, the dashboard can feel a bit dense, and having more layout options or filters to quickly isolate what matters most for the day would be great.

I’d also welcome some extra “quality of life” features for power users, like more keyboard shortcuts or slightly deeper customization in reporting. None of this stops us from getting value out of the platform, though — for our use case, lemlist absolutely deserves a 5/5.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of everyone writing their own messages from scratch, we build sequences together, test variations, and then roll out what actually works to the whole team. Over time, our outbound playbook improves with real data rather than opinions. The benefit is that we now have a repeatable system instead of a collection of individual habits: new hires ramp faster, managers can coach based on facts, and our pipeline is more predictable month after month.

  ### 50. The first outbound platform that feels built for real conversations, not just volume

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Annette R. | Risk Mitigation Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about lemlist?**

lemlist helps us stay human while scaling. Most outreach tools we tried before pushed us toward sending more and more emails; with lemlist, we focus on sending better ones. The multichannel sequences are easy to build, so we can mix email, LinkedIn steps and manual tasks in a way that actually matches how our prospects like to be approached.

The personalization is where it really stands out. We use custom variables, conditions, and images to adapt the message to each segment without spending hours rewriting every email. The intent-based logic (opens, clicks, replies) lets us react to what people actually do instead of pushing them through a fixed script. On top of that, the deliverability features have made a clear difference: after setting up warm-up and following their guidelines, our open and reply rates became much more consistent.

I also want to highlight the human support. Every interaction I’ve had with Arijana from Customer Support has been smooth and genuinely helpful. She answers quickly, explains the “why” behind the product behavior, and often shares small tips that make our daily use easier. It feels like we’re working with a team that actually cares about our results.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Even though I’m giving 5/5, there are still a couple of things that could be improved. The reporting covers most of what we need, but sometimes I’d love even more flexibility to build custom views without exporting data. A very lightweight mobile experience or app focused on handling replies on the go would also be a nice bonus.

That said, these are more “wish list” items than real pain points. For our team, lemlist already delivers what we need most: a clear outbound framework, consistent results, and a tool that our reps actually like using. That’s why it deserves a full 5/5 from us.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem lemlist solved for us was having a lot of outbound activity but no real, unified system behind it. Before, reps were working from their own inboxes, manual LinkedIn outreach, random reminders, and half-updated CRM fields. We had no clear view of how many touchpoints a prospect actually received, where they were in the process, or which sequence was really generating meetings.
