What do you like best about Legion WFM?

I like how the schedule optimizer in Legion WFM can significantly reduce the time spent writing schedules, allowing the GM to post a schedule in minutes. This feature can save hours weekly, giving GMs more time to spend with employees or guests on the floor. The real-time attendance provides valuable labor insights that can be actioned in real-time, helping us understand what is happening at the moment to better respond to business needs. Additionally, the demand forecast greatly improved the accuracy of our forecasts compared to before using Legion WFM, which enables us to plan more accurately with labor scheduling and be better prepared to deliver great guest experiences. What do you dislike about Legion WFM?

The report generator has a learning curve to be able to understand how to build custom reports and extract the needed data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Legion WFM for schedule planning, reducing time with the optimizer, and gaining real-time insights into attendance.
