I like how quickly Legal-Grade™ AI helps with legal research and document-heavy tasks. It efficiently pulls out key points from lengthy documents, providing a useful starting point for drafts, which saves me a lot of time. The ability to ask follow-up questions and delve deeper into information without starting from scratch is also a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing that could be improved is the accuracy and consistency of some responses, especially with more complex legal questions. Occasionally, the output needs to be double-checked or the prompt needs to be reworded to get the right level of detail. There's also a bit of a learning curve in figuring out how to get the best results. For more complex legal questions, it would be helpful if the system could better understand the specific context and distinguish between similar legal concepts or jurisdictions. More consistent sourcing and clearer references to where the information comes from would also make the answers easier to verify. I'd also like it to flag when a question is ambiguous or when the available information isn't strong enough, rather than giving an overly confident response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
