What do you like best about Legal Billing?

Legal Billing from Chaos Software is extremely easy to set up and use. It has a built-in timer, its contact management integrates seamlessly with Chaos Software's personal information management software Intellect and Time and Chaos, and it has elementary calendaring and document management capabilities when used with Chaos Software's PIM software, and makes billing easy by integrating its output with email. What do you dislike about Legal Billing?

It lacks some advanced features like escrow and trust account management and has few options for customizing printing statements outside of choosing which database fields to include in the client statement. It's automatic invoice numbering doesn't allow for advanced customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Legal Billing:

Excellent choice for small law offices. Consider integrating this software with Chaos Software's Intellect or Time and Chaos Personal information Management software for a complete billing, contact management and calendaring solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Legal Billing solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm a one-man office and needed an integrated billing, calendar and contact management system for my practice with a fast learning curve that wouldn't break the bank. I've been using the software for more than 12 years and have been quite happy with it and will continue to use it. It is being actively developed and has responsive and helpful support.
