What do you like best about LeaseBase?

What stands out most about LeaseBase is that it doesn't feel like traditional property management software with AI bolted on—it feels like it was designed around AI from the beginning. Instead of spending time navigating menus or searching for information, I can simply ask questions and get actionable answers about my properties, tenants, leases, maintenance, or finances.

The maintenance workflow has been particularly impressive. It keeps owners informed throughout the process while making it easy to coordinate with vendors and tenants. I also appreciate having accounting, rent collection, lease management, compliance tracking, and communication all in one place instead of juggling multiple tools.

The biggest benefit, though, is peace of mind. LeaseBase helps me stay organized, catch issues before they become problems, and spend less time on administrative work so I can focus on making better decisions rather than just keeping up with day-to-day tasks. What do you dislike about LeaseBase?

As a newer platform, I'd like to see more third-party integrations and a few additional reporting options. There was a small learning curve at first because of the breadth of features, but the interface is intuitive and the overall experience has been very positive. What problems is LeaseBase solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before LeaseBase, I was relying on a combination of spreadsheets, email, text messages, and separate apps to manage my rentals. It was easy to lose track of maintenance requests, lease documents, rent payments, and important deadlines. LeaseBase brings everything together in one platform and gives me a clear view of my properties. The AI assistant also helps answer questions and surfaces important information quickly, which saves time, reduces stress, and helps me make better decisions with more confidence.
