What do you like best about LearnUpon?

LearnUpon is very user friendly and the create+ tool has added another level to creating content fast and reliably, without much re-work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LearnUpon?

LearnUpon does have some interesting setups and automated actions ie when you assign a course to a group, anyone who is added to that group in the future gets enrolled in the courses unless you delete them from the group.

There are some limits with what we can do with slack integrations. Currently can only be used for notifications, no other actions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LearnUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?

In our business, we have different types of learners. LearnUpon has given us the ability to create content in a way that supports those different styles. Our onboarding experience has been dramatically enhanced and has supported self led learning experiences and reduced time and effort from the trainer themselves. Due to a greater learning experience through interactive modules, employees are able to perform at a higher level sooner.

Create+ has been a recent game changer saving trainers more than half the time they would be spending creating material. The AI with Create+ works very fast and you don't need to wait too long for it to create or adjust based on instruction. Live updates are a game changer for those moments when you release training but there are some small things you need to change.

We have been able to reduce time taken to create so trainers can look more strategically, especially around learning outcomes to increase QA and reduce handle time and customer sentiment. We have been able to reduce 1 head count in our training team as a result.

The cost for LearnUpon and the subscription model is well within our budget, and is a great return on investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
