LearnUpon has been a great fit for us as a scaling SaaS company. We use it for both customer training and internal onboarding from a single portal, which has been really valuable. The HubSpot integration is best-in-class and the AI-powered course authoring tool has dramatically cut down the time it takes us to build and update content. The automation capabilities mean the platform largely runs itself once set up — customers are enrolled in the right courses based on their role, language, and lifecycle stage without any manual effort. Our CSM has been exceptional throughout, and the onboarding support meant we were up and running faster than expected. What do you dislike about LearnUpon? The reporting can be a little unintuitive at times, and there are some gaps in what you can surface publicly, for example you can't display a user's company name alongside their course review, which feels like a small but noticeable miss.
