"Robust Assessments, Best-in-Class Support, and Powerful Auto-Scoring"
5/5
What do you like best about Learnosity?

In our over 10 years of working with Learnosity, they have consistently been our absolute favorite organizational partner.

The assessment is extremely robust and feature filled. Our favorite features is the auto-scoring engine that can handle complex algebra and chemistry formulas.

Documentation is excellent, it's pretty much unheard of that we have to contact support to clarify or answer a question about normal usage.

When we do have to contact support about things like bugs or feature requests, our experience has been top-notch. Support is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. It's uncommon that we have to be referred to a higher level of support, usually the first person to respond is able to resolve our issue.

Overall, working with Learnosity has been an ideal experience for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Learnosity?

The authoring experience can be difficult to grasp for non-technical users. This is particularly true of math/chemistry auto-scoring, but even simpler question types like multiple-choice have a bewildering array of options available, and it's not always clear to non-technical users what they all do.

You can ameliorate this to some extent by limiting what options appear to your authors (and we do this), but that has its own downsides: If you remove a lot of options, sometimes authors will hit situations that they don't have the tools to resolve because those tools have been hidden.

So it's a tradeoff, simplicity vs. power. A pretty common tradeoff, but a real one nonetheless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
