I've really enjoyed the ease of use and functionality within the platform. The search option in addition to the recommendations has helped me find content (both paid and free) that has been greatly insightful.

My subscription is for a more limited budget and so many of the access points are for larger subscriptions, ie. a subscription for a whole month to Masterclass vs. access to just the single course hosted on Masterclass. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is amazing to be able to request books from Amazon. The catalog from Learnerbly is good enough and offers a lot of different options, but sometimes is not updated, so being able to choose from Amazons list is really helpful.

Isued Leanerbly about 10-15 times per year and it is super easy to resquest any source thatyou want.

But I may say that in my opinion the best thing Learnerbly has is the costumer service. Specially Noemi, a Customer Support Associate. She has been incredibly helpful and kind every single time one of my orders got cancelled or delayed, offering me solutions, information about the status and so. Seems that sometimes the communication between Learnerbly and Amazon does not work as it should. Many orders get cancelled for no reason, or deliveries that shouldn't take longer than one day or two get cancelled because they exceed the 15 days maximum. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had a profoundly disappointing experience with Learnerbly that I feel compelled to share. There are a couple of points that should concern any potential customer of their business:

* Placing an order with Learnerbly risks it going unfulfilled for months, leaving you without the resources crucial to your development.

* Learnerbly has a pattern of ghosting users, ceasing communication, and ignoring complaints (I am speaking from my personal experience — I had to contact Head of Customer Success directly to resolve my issue).

* It seems that Learnerbly lacks any processes to guarantee the delivery of a requested resource. They do not assess the quality of their service and have a history of failing to deliver numerous orders. Furthermore, they do not take the time to investigate the issue, nor do they inform their customers of any action plan to resolve the problem.

* Learnerbly has introduced a new customer support bot that has made it even more frustrating to file a complaint.

* Learnerbly catalog seems to be steadily decreasing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some articles are paywalled so while they look free they actually aren't or have limited free options. Administrative tools still have some distance to go - more could be added to bulk process functions and while analytics have improved they could still get better. I like the diverse range of resources, from books, to podcasts, to articles to courses. I feel like it addresses the range of learning needs that crop up within my organsiation.
