During the time that we've worked together, every time we had a technical or product problem, they actively listened and shared solutions. They've proactively and regularly reached out to us to gather feedback and use it for product iterations. They have also generated opportunities for us to work together beyond the obvious and basic business exchange expected. Finally, they have educated us on their product, so we could easily use and promote the features available. **What do you dislike about LearnCube?** We regularly check our providers and existing solutions in the market against our needs. Since we started working with Learncube our company priorities and needs have changed, and the whiteboard that we were using was no longer the type of feature that our product needed. **What problems is LearnCube solving and how is that benefiting you?** The whiteboard allows our users to share, annotate, draw, etc., files live while they have a lesson. I use the online platform and the URLs are quick and easy to send out. I find all the staff very amazing and supportive. They answer all the questions and do their best to help. **What do you dislike about LearnCube?** They changed their pricing structure which doesnt work for me. However, i changed to a different plan - we are still using Learncube and we're much happier now **What problems is LearnCube solving and how is that benefiting you?** The security of our documents. "Learncube" is the ideal tool for our online classes. The whiteboard is very intuitive, responsive, and at the forefront of technology, allowing our students to attend their classes from any place and device. Thanks to Alex and his entire team for the excellent platform, support, and assistance. **What do you dislike about LearnCube?** We have the online school and they keep improving the platform, I think the reports could be better, but otherwise everything works perfectly. **What problems is LearnCube solving and how is that benefiting you?** The platform is very stable and intuitive, allowing any teacher without technical knowledge to conduct their classes quickly and have different types of content available. ### 4. It is a perfect way to organise your school no matter how many students you have. From the school lite account, you can add students, schedule, enrol, plan demos, payments, schedule, cancellations, create teachers and student profiles, add courses, class reminders, attendance management, upload unlimited ESL material, write student reports, and email and chat to students directly. It really is a central platform for your education business, it saves an exceptional amount of time. What my students love about Learncube is that they get a reminder for class moments before their lessons, they can receive lesson feedback from the teacher in reports after the lesson, and of course the dynamic classroom with all the tools to interact and make learning fun and enjoyable. I have thousands of English learning materials for all levels stored in my library so I don't need to spend precious time at all preparing or making lesson plans. Once the lesson plan or PDF/audio is uploaded they are in the library for good. You can enter the booked class before the class starting time so I usually upload all my materials for the whole week so all my classes are ready with material uploaded, so all I have to do as a teacher is log in, teach, write the report and that's it. The whole system from booking a lesson to completing the lesson is swift and easy and the students can check their accounts for teachers' schedules, and lessons remaining in their courses and make their own personal profiles. The virtual classroom offers ample functions and makes the classes interactive with the students. You can use YouTube videos, add audio and more or less anything to the classroom to provide the best online learning experiences. What I love as a teacher and owner of a business is that all my students are in one place, it's easy to use and all your online school's information is only a fingertip away. In addition, the customer service department is very easy to get hold of for any technical issues that may occur. I have been very happy with Wilim who is the Head of Education who has been a real help to start my business up, he really goes over and beyond to help give advice about starting an education business and if you have any problems he will do all he can to help and give influential tips and advice, he has been a real help starting my education business. I love my Learncube account and I will not hesitate to continue with my yearly subscription, I know that my students love logging in to their accounts, and learning the best way online having a reliable and secure platform. **What do you dislike about LearnCube?** There isn't much at all I dislike about this platform, maybe a few more additions to the virtual classroom like more awards, clapping or small things but apart from that I am very happy with my subscription and the functions this platform provides. **What problems is LearnCube solving and how is that benefiting you?** Learncube has solved all of the problems I had when I bought my education business in January 2022, I was having sleepless nights thinking about how I was going to manage all my new students and how I could keep them happy, I didn't a solid virtual classroom option as I wasn't happy with Skype Meet, Teams or Zoom as it didn't provide the whole school package. It has been a godsend and I haven't used any of the other face-to-face software since. It benefits me by saving lots of time, having the ease of adding lessons and students, and last but not least having a platform that is branded to my company which looks great when offering the course to students as a learning package. ### 5. First and foremost, I would like to mention the possibility of centrally organizing and monitoring our teachers' lessons. Another significant point is the technical integration of all the vital media we need for teaching. This includes the virtual whiteboard with the possibility to upload pictures and documents, the option to play back audio and videos synchronously, and, among many other functions, we can work together on Google documents, spreadsheets etc. on the whiteboard. Each teacher can save their teaching material in a personal library, which rounds off the functionality of LearnCube. **What do you dislike about LearnCube?** There is not much to write here. LearnCube is constantly developing and surprises with new functions every year. They also keep in touch with their customers to regularly receive improvement suggestions. If there are problems, we get support quickly to solve them. **What problems is LearnCube solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are an institute for private German lessons. We have been offering online classes for many years. Our first experience was with popular video chat applications. However, we soon realized that the technical effort to make outstanding online lessons with these applications was very high. Therefore, we started looking for software that integrates everything necessary in one application. This includes the complete teaching material, all teaching media, the technical possibility to continue the lesson seamlessly in the next class, and the option to monitor the classes of all teachers centrally. And last but not least, we were looking for an application that would surprise our students. LearnCube still does that today. ### 6. I am able to make a new session for a student/tutor within seconds, and even from my mobile phone. **What do you dislike about LearnCube?** I wish there was an app on one's phone where you could manage learncube (or where students could logon from their phone/ipads). I also find that creating a new student or tutor is a bit of a hassle and takes longer than it should - I wish everything they needed was submitted at once rather than having to go in and edit in order to activate. **What problems is LearnCube solving and how is that benefiting you?** E-learning! We didn't want to use zoom as it is really expensive, and we can't use microsoft teams as it doesn't have enough features, and we are not a school so GSchool wouldn't work either. Learncube is perfect for the purpose of tutoring. ### 7. Being able to have both teacher and student upload, share, and write directly on virtual worksheets makes online tutoring much easier. **What do you dislike about LearnCube?** Sometimes we experience connection problems between tutors and students and an administrator would have to step in and troubleshoot. Most of the time we can figure out the problem but occastionally, we just can't get it and the session has to be cancelled. Also, the ruler function doesn't help with drawing straight lines, which is usually what I would need it for when tutoring students in math. **What problems is LearnCube solving and how is that benefiting you?** When tutoring virtually, the biggest challenge for me has always been to see what students are working on and being able to communicate clearly how to solve problems. By being able to upload worksheets (pdfs AND images) and screen share various types of media, including Youtube videos, it opens up the possibilites of all the ways tutors can get different information across to their students. ### 8. The solution is extremely easy to use, and easily customizable to the needs of the client. It enabled us to quickly develop our online language learning offer and adapt to the needs of our learners. Their support team is extremely helpful and their development team is always going to extra mile. **What do you dislike about LearnCube?** The only thing I could mention is that Learncube requires a reliable internet connection, though this is the case for every online teaching/learning solution. As a consequence, some of our learners in areas where the internet connection is poor are affected but the good thing is that Learncube adapts itself by desabling webcams at the times of low connectivity. **What problems is LearnCube solving and how is that benefiting you?** Thanks to Learncube, we've been able to massively develop our online learning offer, and managed to keep our trainers and learners active during the covid era. Adapting to the situation was made very easy both for our trainers and our learners, thanks to the simplicity of the tool. Onboarding our 400 trainers and 3K+ learners was done in a couple of days Having used Learncube for over 3 years, we've always feel listened by their team as they constantly adapted to our specific needs. ### 10. The classrooms are very easy to use both for the teachers and the students - even the seven-year-olds. Everyone adapted surprisingly quickly, which would not have been possible if it wasn't as user-friendly as it is. LearnCube offered us excellent support during this coronavirus afflicted period, for which we are truly grateful. **What do you dislike about LearnCube?** The only consideration is that LearnCube requires an at least average network connection. Some students had very bad connection or outdated equipment, which made it a bit difficult to connect. But I suppose this is a general problem, and not specific to LearnCube. **What problems is LearnCube solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems that we successfully solved with LearnCube was how to continue offering our services to our students without great disruption. Because LearnCube has a "real classroom" feel, with a whiteboard, screen-sharing features, files upload etc, it offered even more opportunities than a physical classroom would. But its main benefit is that it is almost self-explanatory.
