We regularly check our providers and existing solutions in the market against our needs. Having a Learncube school lite account is just like having your very own platform for your education business as it is branded to your company logo so the students feel as if it is part of the school's package.

It is a perfect way to organise your school no matter how many students you have. From the school lite account, you can add students, schedule, enrol, plan demos, payments, schedule, cancellations, create teachers and student profiles, add courses, class reminders, attendance management, upload unlimited ESL material, write student reports, and email and chat to students directly.

It really is a central platform for your education business, it saves an exceptional amount of time.

What my students love about Learncube is that they get a reminder for class moments before their lessons, they can receive lesson feedback from the teacher in reports after the lesson, and of course the dynamic classroom with all the tools to interact and make learning fun and enjoyable.

I have thousands of English learning materials for all levels stored in my library so I don't need to spend precious time at all preparing or making lesson plans. Once the lesson plan or PDF/audio is uploaded they are in the library for good.

You can enter the booked class before the class starting time so I usually upload all my materials for the whole week so all my classes are ready with material uploaded, so all I have to do as a teacher is log in, teach, write the report and that's it.

The whole system from booking a lesson to completing the lesson is swift and easy and the students can check their accounts for teachers' schedules, and lessons remaining in their courses and make their own personal profiles.

The virtual classroom offers ample functions and makes the classes interactive with the students. You can use YouTube videos, add audio and more or less anything to the classroom to provide the best online learning experiences.

What I love as a teacher and owner of a business is that all my students are in one place, it's easy to use and all your online school's information is only a fingertip away.

In addition, the customer service department is very easy to get hold of for any technical issues that may occur. I have been very happy with Wilim who is the Head of Education who has been a real help to start my business up, he really goes over and beyond to help give advice about starting an education business and if you have any problems he will do all he can to help and give influential tips and advice, he has been a real help starting my education business.

There isn't much at all I dislike about this platform, maybe a few more additions to the virtual classroom like more awards, clapping or small things but apart from that I am very happy with my subscription and the functions this platform provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many things we like about LearnCube. First and foremost, I would like to mention the possibility of centrally organizing and monitoring our teachers' lessons. Another significant point is the technical integration of all the vital media we need for teaching. This includes the virtual whiteboard with the possibility to upload pictures and documents, the option to play back audio and videos synchronously, and, among many other functions, we can work together on Google documents, spreadsheets etc. on the whiteboard. There is not much to write here. LearnCube is constantly developing and surprises with new functions every year. I wish there was an app on one's phone where you could manage learncube (or where students could logon from their phone/ipads). I also find that creating a new student or tutor is a bit of a hassle and takes longer than it should - I wish everything they needed was submitted at once rather than having to go in and edit in order to activate. The screenshare and whiteboard features are extremely useful when working with students. Being able to have both teacher and student upload, share, and write directly on virtual worksheets makes online tutoring much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes we experience connection problems between tutors and students and an administrator would have to step in and troubleshoot. Most of the time we can figure out the problem but occastionally, we just can't get it and the session has to be cancelled.

Learncube offers state-of-the-art virtual classrooms with all the tools of a physical classroom in a digital environment. The solution is extremely easy to use, and easily customizable to the needs of the client.

It enabled us to quickly develop our online language learning offer and adapt to the needs of our learners.

The only thing I could mention is that Learncube requires a reliable internet connection, though this is the case for every online teaching/learning solution. As a consequence, some of our learners in areas where the internet connection is poor are affected but the good thing is that Learncube adapts itself by desabling webcams at the times of low connectivity. As a physical language school in Patras, Greece, which had to switch to a virtual reality from one day to the next, LearnCube offered us an amazingly seamless transition to a virtual platform from which to work and conduct our lessons. The classrooms are very easy to use both for the teachers and the students - even the seven-year-olds. Everyone adapted surprisingly quickly, which would not have been possible if it wasn't as user-friendly as it is. The only consideration is that LearnCube requires an at least average network connection. Some students had very bad connection or outdated equipment, which made it a bit difficult to connect.
