What do you like best about Learn2Care?

What I like most about Learn2Care is how it balances simplicity with comprehensiveness. The platform is straightforward to navigate, yet it still delivers the mandatory state-required training along with a wide selection of additional courses. I also appreciate how easy it is to create customized courses and learning content that fit the specific needs of our organization. Responsive customer support is another big plus, especially when we need help setting something up or when a question comes up. Finally, the cost feels very reasonable for a new start-up. So far, Learn2Care has worked well within our current workflow. I’m still relatively new to the platform, so I haven’t had the opportunity to fully explore all of its integrations with our other tools. However, the platform is straightforward to use and fits easily into our overall training and compliance processes. What do you dislike about Learn2Care?

The platform does have a learning curve, especially when you’re first getting started. There are also some mistakes or issues that may require assistance from the support team to correct. However, the support team is very responsive and helpful, which makes those challenges much easier to navigate. What problems is Learn2Care solving and how is that benefiting you?

Learn2Care is helping simplify and organize our employee training and compliance requirements in one place. Having the required state-mandated training readily available, along with additional courses and the ability to create customized training, saves us time and makes it easier to ensure our caregivers receive the appropriate education.
