What do you like best about Leaptree Optimize?

Leaptree's great at making it really simple for us to manage internal QA processes. The thing we like the most about it is that it's simple enough to create Scorecards even as a relatively junior admin, as the process is entirely declarative. Also, the team has been responsive and supportive in creating new features and helping adoption for us. Great product, great support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leaptree Optimize?

This list is fairly limited - and is arguably still positive overall - but the product is quite rapid in its development and this has lead to a small handful of stumbles for us, but the team's always been on hand to help us overcome issues with new releases. What problems is Leaptree Optimize solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an FCA regulated business, we have to follow processes carefully to provide meaningfully beneficial interactions with our customers that remain within the law.
