What do you like best about Leapsome?

Strengths: The meeting tracking is solid, and the company information is well-organized and intuitive. It is easy to understand and integrates seamlessly into our daily workflows. Furthermore, customer support has been consistently responsive. While the initial implementation can be challenging, once you become accustomed to it, the platform becomes a powerful tool. It is straightforward to use for providing constructive feedback and recommendations to partners. We have experienced excellent performance with no issues on the web page. In terms of value, the pricing and ROI are evident in our improved communication and organization; the benefits we gain from Leapsome far outweigh the cost. What do you dislike about Leapsome?

I would like more options for giving praise and managing the team. Additionally, I am still receiving notifications for canceled or one-time meetings. The calendar integration can be temperamental, as these removed or single-instance events continue to appear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you?

Now it’s pretty easy to keep meetings tracked, along with relevant notes, so the parties involved can refer back to the information when they need it.
