The biggest win is speed of rollout. We moved 250+ stores off Excel-based product libraries onto auto-generated, data-driven planograms, and what used to be a multi-week merchandising cycle now runs centrally. The mobile app closed the gap to the floor: store teams execute from the same source of truth with handheld barcode scanners instead of printouts, so what HQ designs is what actually ends up on the shelf. It also plugged into our existing product and sales data without a painful custom project, so the planograms reflect real sell-through rather than assumptions. With very large multi-category libraries the interface can take a moment to load, and the first data integration took longer than we hoped for a chain our size. What problems is LEAFIO AI Retail Platform solving and how is that benefiting you? Our merchandising team and planogram team worked in parallel with no shared system, so ranges drifted store to store and nobody could compare them. LEAFIO removed that disconnect: we generate data-driven planograms, manage hundreds of them centrally, and track compliance consistently. In our pilot categories sales per meter grew over 30 percent, achieved with no extra headcount, no store remodeling and no discounting, which is what made the business case obvious.
