I like that the customer service was very nice. I had somehow accidentally ordered the wrong thing, and the girl was very helpful in sorting it out for me promptly. I also appreciate that LeadsPlease sends the list in a CSV file, which makes it easy for Claude to read and for me to code, allowing my computer to automate sending emails every day without me having to give it any input.
