What do you like best about LeadSonar?

The enrichment is the whole point for us: big market, thousands of companies that could be a fit, and the only way to stand out is to know something real about each one before we write a copy. LeadSonar gives us that in one pass. API took an afternoon to wire up. UI is bare-bones in a good way, nobody needed training. Price is fair for what we pull. What do you dislike about LeadSonar?

ICP grading. I get scores I can't explain sometimes. Perfect-fit company sits at a 6, a weak one gets a 9. We still review lists by hand because of it. Let me tune the weighting myself and this goes away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LeadSonar solving and how is that benefiting you?

I used to run Clay and Prospeo side by side, which meant two bills, two exports, and one constant headache. Now it’s just one tool—cheaper than both combined—and the results come back faster. Replies on our cold campaigns went up once our copy started using the enriched data. I had one API question and support got back to me within an hour. Not much else to say: it does the job.
