The free-text search is a game changer. Instead of forcing my target audience into rigid dropdown filters, I simply describe who I'm looking for in my own words. That alone saves me hours compared to traditional lead databases.

The feedback system actually works. I rate leads with thumbs up or down, and the results get noticeably better over time. After a few rounds, the algorithm really understood what kind of contacts I was looking for.
