I like that Leadesi lets me manage the whole process end to end in one tool, so I don’t have to jump between booking tools, email, lead management, and Xero. I love the Gmail add-on that uses AI to instantly pull information from a web form submission in my inbox and automatically populates a new lead, so I don’t have to copy and paste anything. The Xero integration matches the products and add-ons I put on a booking and creates a draft invoice automatically. It makes the process from taking a lead through to a booking and sending an invoice effortless, with fewer clicks and no double keying. Faster and more accurate than my previous workflow. It works brilliantly for me, and I like that new features are added regularly and I can suggest features. I was able to cancel my Acuity Scheduling and Streak subscriptions and just use Leadesi at a lower price. The setup was super easy; I just replicated my booking inquiry form by creating the lead fields. It’s a great tool that looks clean and professional and is easy to navigate.
