I like the flexibility of the service Leadcrumbs provides. There isn't just a standard set of tasks the team is willing to do, instead we can discuss projects that arise and whether they can be tackled and the team is quite willing and able to give every task a go with clear expectation management and deadlines. What do you dislike about Leadcrumbs?

Although it isn't really a downside, Leadcrumbs does have standard working hours so if a request comes in outside of these hours then it's pushed to the next day but that is easily managed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Leadcrumbs solving and how is that benefiting you?

Leadcrumbs assists our team with ensuring we have reliable and clean data in our CRM as well as assisting our outbound team with data enrichment. As Leadcrumbs is not an AI tool but an actual human, we have the opportunity of briefing on special projects and getting very specific tasks that require research, data entry and qualification completed. Using Leadcrumbs has meant that our timelines have shortened when it comes to things like event outreach as we can build clearer and more actionable audience lists sooner.
