I like lead411 because it provides unlimited leads, and as far as I know it is the only software that really does this. I also like the ease of use with AI just telling it what kind of data you want downloaded, instead of messing around with filters like all the other software

I find some contact details, especially phone numbers, are outdated, particularly in niche areas and smaller markets. It's limited for deep enterprise needs; if someone needs a very large database, global coverage, or complex account-based workflows, Lead411 may not match larger platforms like ZoomInfo, Apollo, or Lusha. Lower-tier plans restrict the number of leads you can export without extra cost.

**What do you like best about Lead411?**

I appreciate Lead411 for its cost-effectiveness. The price of using Lead411 is significantly less than alternatives like Zoominfo, which was a primary factor in our decision to switch to it. Additionally, I value the ability to load lists for enrichment after events such as tradeshows, which allows us to ensure the data is accurate.

**What do you dislike about Lead411?**

I dislike that the data quality in Lead411 is often very out of date. We've encountered several instances where employees had left a prospect company over a year before, which is frustrating. The user interface is also very poor and difficult to navigate, which hampers usability. Additionally, the initial setup was quite challenging, particularly the buggy integration with Hubspot, requiring support from Lead411 to function correctly. The need for each user to log in individually to Hubspot rather than having a global login is also inconvenient.

I use Lead411 to enrich Hubspot and research contacts, finding it helps in identifying job titles of prospects. However, it rarely enriches data effectively and often has outdated information.

I like how accurate and up-to-date the contact data usually is. It makes it much easier to find the right people and reach out quickly. The interface is simple and easy to use, so daily workflow becomes smoother. Overall, it saves a lot of time because the data quality is reliable.

Sometimes I come across a few outdated contacts, especially from smaller companies. The pricing can also feel a bit high if you need more seats. Apart from that, the tool works well, but the data accuracy isn’t always consistent across all segments

Sometimes the contact information could be more refined - sometimes I will run into a case where select emails say they are verified, where after sending any emails, only 60-75% of the emails work accordingly, leading me to cross reference potential formatting errors (i.e johnsmith@lead411.com vs. johnsmith@lead.411.com)

In this day and age, esp. regarding technology, most of the platforms make it very difficult to speak directly with someone, even if you have their contact info from when you originally onboarded.  This is why I was pleasantly surprised that each time I reached out to my original Lead411 contact, Ryan Tierney, he replied within mins of my message that was sent out. His replies were prompt and even included videos to help me maneuver more effectively on this platform.  The one feature I needed the most was not in my original plan, but Ryan, worked it out for me. Now there's much value in working with Lead411. I'm most selective of the services I use, and for me to write a review, they have to knock me off my feet. Well, I'm flying high now and ready to soar with my sales performance! Thank you Ryan.

**What do you like best about Lead411?**

It has a simple UX, so there is minimal learning curve... very strong sorting (company size/$, titles, employees, geo-area/zip codes, etc.) to create targeted lists. You can also filter to ensure that the contacts you select have direct dial and mobile tel #'s.

Month to month and annual options; with the annual subscriptions offering intent data as well. 

In terms of how robust the overall data and ability to massage it is, I would place Lead411 second only to ZoomInfo; but, ZoomInfo is a LOT more expensive and complex. 

For SMB-SME sales teams, Lead411 offers accurate data, and the ability to massage it into an actionable format at a very competitive price-point. I just started as lead salesperson for net-new B2B at my firm, and at my recommendation we have subscribed to Lead411.

**What do you dislike about Lead411?**

Like all of the better Sales Lead database providers, the UX does require some tutoring, in order to get the most out of it. It is not as intuitive as it might be.

**What problems is Lead411 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The company hasn't had a formal Sales Team, lead-gen nor proper CRM until now. In order to fulfill my role of targeted outreach/landing net-new logos, having the ability to create very specific/accurate leads lists (with direct contact info) is paramount. Being able to do it with a minimum of training at without spending a fortune are also key factors. Lead411 is a platform I have used successfully for these types of efforts in the past; and, will help me achieve my goals in my current role.

We carefully reviewed several competing platforms before we chose Lead411. We found that Lead411 took the "lead" (pun intended) in terms of data quality and pricing. The tool has been easy to use and set up for our prospecting needs.

As with similar platforms, they get you with the pricing on the number of exports. If you don't purchase the right tier, be prepared to pay $0.50 per export, which can add up fast!

Presales is strong. Great walk through with my target audeince.

There is a bit of clunkiness to the platform. It was difficult to see the regions for sorting contacts. The instructionvideos were a bit choppy...though completed in anothervideo selection, the video didn't say so, giving the impression that there was nothing left. 

Customer service is professional and good, just quite slow. Felt like I was taxing Ryan with dumb question that could easily been answered by AI or strong knowledge base. It's all email based soit slowds things downquite a bit.

Lead411 is the best bang for your buck, without discounting data quality. My firm has been using it for the last couple of months and it is a lifesaver with its unlimited email and phone views. Well priced exports as well.

Not a ton, as with any data product there are occasional inconsistencies but it is completely made up for with the vast amounts of data and ways to filter through it.

**What do you like best about Lead411?**

As a Chief Everything Officer for a growing 12 year-old startup, finding quality leads is crucial.  After a frustrating stint with outdated list providers, Lead411 has been a game-changer. 

The biggest win for me is the data quality.  With the lists we were chasing dead ends or bouncing off bad emails all the time. That doesn't work anymore, and hasn't for years. Lead411 contacts are accurate and up-to-date, with details like titles, phone numbers, and even technology stacks used by the company. This lets me personalize my outreach and target the right people.

The platform is updated every 90 days which is helpful as personnel changes happen quickly.

The platform is clean and intuitive, allowing me to navigate searches and build targeted lists with ease.

Search is great! The filters are comprehensive, letting me drill down by industry, location, company size, and even specific job titles.  Build highly targeted lead lists, save the search and refresh monthly. Or better, have them delivered or magically pulled into your CRM.

Lead411 isn't perfect. There have been a few occasions where I couldn't find a specific contact, but overall, the hit rate is fantastic.  Especially for the price point.

Lead411 helped me streamline my prospecting process and connect with the right people in lots of accounts. That said, be careful out there! We run everything through NeverBouce to make sure email addresses are double-good before sending.

Occasionally support can be a bit slow, but they do resolve issues when they come up.

Inaccurate contact information from bad lists. Lead411 saves me time.

Lead411's search tools allow me to build highly targeted lists that match my buyer profile.  

Frequent updates keeps it all fresh :)

Ease of use. Data is good. The account manager is awesome and easy to reach. The learning curve for using it is quick. To get the information needed quickly is one of the best ones on the market that I have used.

I would like an integration with outlook. The download capabilities are easy to use so the extra steps are not hard to do.

I have a large following on LinkedIN and now that LinkedIN mail is getting spammed the responses are not as good as they used to be. With that said, emails and direct phone or mobile is required which is not readily available on LinkedIN.

I've been using Lead411 to drum up new leads and prospects, and it's been a breeze. Exporting contacts straight into our CRM and launching campaigns is super straightforward. We hardly ever need to contact customer support, but on the rare occasions we do, it's a piece of cake. Lead411 gives me and my team the opportunity to identify and connect with decision-makers throughout the sales process.

**What do you dislike about Lead411?**

The website is a bit slow, though it's unclear if this is due to the website itself or my company's computer. My main issue is with the revenue filtering options. They go from small increments like $25M-$50M and $50M-$100M to a broad category of <Billion. This is inconvenient because my ideal customer profile (ICP) includes companies with revenues between $1 billion and $6 billion, but not those above this range. This makes it difficult to filter for the exact companies I'm looking for.

Lead411 gives quite a few search selection filtering options to help hone in on the type of leads you are looking for. All this is done at a reasonable price.  This service is great for prospecting for new customers with additional options to filter including intent, geographic regions, and company size/titles.

**What do you dislike about Lead411?**

Wish the geographic feature had more bills & whistles, such as an exclusion zone/state/county/zip codes. For example, if you're on the outskirts of a major city, searching by radius does not allow an exclusion for example to clude that large city you are near unless you spend the time compiling all the zip codes to search within your area.

I liked how many filters there are, especially with the recent update. It is very easy to use and learn, and the customer support is incredible, especially because of Ryan! He answered all of my questions quickly and never hesitated to help.

**What do you dislike about Lead411?**

I wish they had a website section in the results of the leads instead of having to hover over the company or lead name, though I heard that it could be considered for a future update. Also, not all of the leads belong in certain sections and filters (for example: finding photography services under the IT Services filter), but I am seeing less of those with the recent update.

It helps give better accessibility to finding leads, especially with the amount of filters they have in place.

My favorite part is the web browser extension. It makes it so easy to learn more about potential companies you would like to partner with and find the right contact to reach out to to discuss further. There was essentially no implementation needed, just sign up and again I highly reccommend installing their web browser extension. I'm using it daily and have not even needed to contact customer support yet but based on their other communications with me I'm confident they would be very responsive as well.

Sometimes it can be tricky to look up leads by type within the online portal. However, this is what makes the web browser extension so powerful. Most people have a good idea who they want to get in contact with at a company level so simply go to those websites and Lead411 will get you the information you need.

They have a large database of companies. Addresses, websites, and phone numbers are typically accurate. Easy enough to use.

**What do you dislike about Lead411?**

Emails are accurate about 75% of the time. A lot of the contacts are correct but I've found that it's hit and miss with the emails. Compared to other similar sites, they do have a better accuracy rate but often when the emails bounce, I go on the website and discover emails are listed in the 'About' or 'Contact'  section of the website. I would assume they are not updating the info often?

The Reach program on Lead411 is our favorite feature.  Setting up marketing letters and campaigns are a snap.  I've made some excellent contacts in less than a year of service.  It's become a very valuable tool and resource to our company.  The affordability factor weighs in when compared to similar programs.  Lead411 far exceeds other programs with it's Reach tool!

Like many of these programs, there is not a contact for every single lead.  Not the fault of Lead411.

I have found the search filters to be very intuitive and easy to narrow down exactly what I am looking for. It's not overly complex, and the learning curve is short.

I haven't found too many things that I dislike about the product. Sometimes the filter settings get reset when I am clicking through the propspects, but it's not a big inconvienence.
