What do you like best about LEAD?

We use lead to connect people in our organization for virtual coffee chats, which has been instrumental in building relationships and breaking down silos. What do you dislike about LEAD?

What problems is LEAD solving and how is that benefiting you?

We've always had remote staff, but over the past couple of years we've moved to a mostly distributed workforce with staff in many locations. LEAD helps connect our staff and build up a sense of team.
