What do you like best about LEAD?

I used LEAD for my previous company's virtual coffee and internship buddy program. The pricing is quite reasonable and it saved us a lot of time. Their customer support people were super nice and fast!

It used to be a free product but they started to charge.

Thankfully, I was able to get a budget. To be honest, it was not expensive. We knew how much exactly to pay upfront, unlike the other matching app we tried in Slack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LEAD?

They don't have phone support and I like to talk to vendors over the phone. They have meeting links available but I just prefer phone calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LEAD solving and how is that benefiting you?

LEAD made our people happy and engaged. Many coworkers told me they've learned a lot about our company, especially the work other departments do. They met people they probably would never meet if we did not use the bot. It was great for our company culture especially ever since WFH. We got really good reviews from our interns.
