What do you like best about Lead Management?

I like that Total Expert links to my social media platforms so I am able to make posts directly from my resources and I know they are compliant. I also love being able to have realtors create profiles linked to mine; I use this as a marketing tool frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Management?

The "Tags" feature as filters is a bit clunky and often I have to select a tag multiple times before it filters them out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lead Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Total Expert, I was not using a CRM so it is allowing me to keep all my contacts in one location as well as keep in touch with my resources much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
