
It's very user friendly, but even so, our customer success manager works really hard to help ensure our team members are able to use the platform to its best. For me though, I love how easy it is to pull reports from it and get a better picture of our audience, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the filter tool is a bit clunky, though it's better than it was before. Also, as a marketer, it would be helpful to be able to see at a glance more information about the user journey from the referring site through our website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
