I can configure easily all parameters of the file/report/list. See clearly all created reports. And I can set up indexes which will ease searching for our customers. I like also that I can later split the document into smaller ones. Also what I like the most is how fast LDMS support is helping me with issues and how fast they solve minor problems Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To access archived and online reports I must go to two different panels. It is a lot of clicking. There also not much possibilities for filtering if I need reports with different names or reports that are in different online databases. What I disliked recently is that development of new, more secure version took many months, because it was few times delayed (it is ok to inform about few months of development, but not ok to reschedule release date few times) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
