We mainly use LayerNext for invoice management and bank reconciliation alongside QuickBooks. It has made our accounting process more organized and saves us time on tasks that would otherwise take a lot more manual effort.
On the invoice management side, it’s helpful for keeping things moving without needing to spend as much time double-checking and handling everything by hand. Bank reconciliation is also simpler, especially when reviewing transactions and confirming that everything matches correctly in QuickBooks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’d like to see more flexibility in reporting and customization.
There are also times when certain transactions still require manual review during reconciliation. It’s not a major issue, but improving the matching process would save even more time. More in-app guidance or documentation would make it easier for new users to understand everything without having to contact support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
