What do you like best about Laxis?

Running a B2B SaaS company across Australia, New Zealand, means constant video calls. Laxis has made a real difference — the transcription accuracy on Google Meet is strong, and the AI-generated summaries and action items mean I can stay engaged in conversations instead of scrambling to take notes. What do you dislike about Laxis?

CRM integration is still pending, which would be the biggest upgrade for our revenue team. A dedicated mobile app would also make reviewing transcripts on the go much easier. That said, the support team is highly responsive and has been very receptive to our feedback — they've taken our suggestions seriously and committed to implementing them, which speaks volumes about their customer-driven development approach. As a B2B SaaS company operating across multiple time zones, we were spending too much time on post-meeting note-taking and follow-ups. Laxis solves this by automating transcription, summaries, and action items, allowing our team to focus on strategic decisions rather than admin.
