LawVu is excellent for in-house counsel, or small firms that practice in a variety of areas. It is a very good mix of allowing some customizations without being an all-out "do it yourself" platform. The integrations with MS Outlook is very useful. The user interface (UI) is clean and user-friendly. We have experienced excellent relability and performance of the platform for over three years now. Support for users is excellent, with a knowledge base and active LawVu staff able to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The least helpful aspect is pretty minor: the Tasks tab in matters is counter-intuitive, in that it lists ALL tasks created, not just incomplete tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
