What do you like best about Lava?

They provide all the training and setup needed to get the VA up and running. They also give us the tools to effectively manage our VA and keep track of the work, so we can get the most out of their services. We love our VA and will continue to use LAVA for our VAs. What do you dislike about Lava?

The only downside is the cost; however, they make the whole process much easier and provide services above and beyond the initial training, so we really love working with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Lava:

We highly recommend Lava for your VAs because of all the training they provide, along with the services they offer to monitor the VA and the work they’re doing. We’re able to see their workload to make sure they aren’t being overworked, and we can also view screenshots from their computer so we know what they’re working on. It’s a great peace of mind knowing we can trust our VA, and if they were to quit suddenly, Lava would be right there to set up new interviews and help us find another VA. They work incredibly hard, and we truly got a diamond in the rough, so we’ll definitely be using them again when it’s time to bring on another VA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lava solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lava provides VA services for our business. At first, it was difficult to figure out how to get everything up and running, but Lava made the overall process easy and affordable.
