I like that you can block features at two levels, app-wise or customer-wise, which has made it easy to create bespoke experiences for our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While LaunchDarkly is powerful, the pricing model can scale up quickly as monthly active users increase. Additionally, managing flag lifecycle hygiene requires continuous effort to prevent technical debt from stale flags in the codebase, and the UI has a bit of a learning curve for non-technical users. Thank you for sharing this! We love to hear that targeting at both the app and customer level has helped you build tailored experiences, and that separating deployments from releases has cut down on deployment anxiety and shortened your release cycles. We also hear you on flag hygiene and the learning curve for non-technical users, and we'll be sure to pass that along to our product team. In the meantime, I linked to a guide in our docs that provides some best practices for reducing tech debt.
