"Efficient Document Management with a Steep Learning Curve"
4/5
What do you like best about Lasernet?

I like how Lasernet simplifies document creation and ensures consistency by using templates and workflows that reduce manual work. It's great for producing professional-looking documents quickly, and I really appreciate the ability to use predefined templates that follow the correct format, branding, and structure. The automatic generation and distribution of business documents also streamline processes while reducing risks of human error. Additionally, it's useful when connected with ERP or other business systems, allowing consistent outputs by pulling existing data without manual re-entry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lasernet?

One area that could be improved is the learning curve. Lasernet is very flexible, but that also means some configuration can feel complex at first, especially when building or modifying templates and workflows. The most complex areas are usually the initial setup and troubleshooting when templates need more advanced logic or when workflows involve multiple conditions and output destinations. Small changes can sometimes require understanding several configuration layers, which can make it difficult for less technical users to know exactly where an issue is coming from. The initial setup was manageable, but it was not completely plug and play. Basic configuration was relatively straightforward, while more advanced templates, data mappings, and workflow rules required more time to understand and test.
