What do you like best about Lark?

Lark is more than a standard collaboration tool. With Lark Base, it can grow alongside our business, from simple task tracking to more structured and complex workflows. We had been using Lark 2 years, now through Lark CLI, we had connected with AI tools to support automation where needed. We also like part where the data captured across the system can be easily presented in dashboards, giving our team clearer visibility of operations and supporting better decisions. What do you dislike about Lark?

Although Lark provides flexibility to customise workflows, it can sometimes be challenging to determine the most suitable structure and approach for building them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lark solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lark has replaced most of our tools for communication, data storage, and operational workflows. Today, around 80% of our operations, including sales, project management, attendance, and leave applications are managed through Lark. This has significantly reduced software costs. With these modules centralised in one platform, we can also streamline workflows and create a more consistent data foundation for AI agents to support the team effectively.
