We have been using Lark as one of our key internal collaboration platforms, and overall, it has been a very positive experience. It allows us to consolidate many of our daily workflows into one platform. We use it for email and internal messaging, as well as collaboration and operational processes such as leave applications, claims, CRM, project tracking, and internal approvals. Having these functions in one ecosystem makes communication faster, reduces the need to switch between different applications, and gives our teams better visibility of ongoing tasks and processes. The workflow and approval features are also very useful in helping us standardize internal processes and improve efficiency. Another strong point is the flexibility of Lark. We can customize Base, workflows, and forms according to our business requirements, which has allowed us to gradually digitize and automate many manual processes. Overall, Lark has become an important part of our day-to-day operations. It has helped us improve communication, collaboration, process efficiency, and visibility across different departments, while also giving us a good foundation for further automation and AI adoption.
