What do you like best about Lapentor?

The best thing I like about this Lapentor platform is that it is very much easier for us to build professional looking virtual tour without even needing any coding expertise. Their drag and drop editor is very much clean and this makes it simple to upload panoramic images and connect scenes with a hotspot, and also customise the overall experience. I also like how flexible this platform is in offering themes, plugins and analytics, along with password protection with the ability to embed tools directly into our websites. One feature that really stands out is their option to self-host projects on our own domain, which gives us more control over branding and ownership than competing with other platforms. The platform also performs well across desktop and mobile devices, and image quality remains sharp with their multi resolution support. What do you dislike about Lapentor?

Overall, my experience with this platform has been positive, but certain areas need to be improved, such as their editor is though beginner-friendly but some of the advanced customisation options require a bit of experimentation before making sure everything is working as expected. And when working with larger high-resolution panoramic images the loading times are bits lower depending on the Internet speed, and having more built-in templates library, along with design customisation options and having a wider 3rd party integration ecosystem will make this platform better. What problems is Lapentor solving and how is that benefiting you?

This platform solves the problem by showcasing physical spaces without even requiring any visitor to be on site. We could also able to create interactive virtual tools which allow customers to explore locations and products along with the facilities remotely while maintaining an engaging experience, which is very much helpful for our site team to do the site audit on a monthly recurring basis. Along with all the other feature it also has useful marketing assets that can be embedded into our website and shared through our marketing and social media channels via direct link, which helps the visibility and customer confidence.
